Bad on all fronts
Where to start, so the customer service is ghosting me but the main issue is with Apple Pay. I am not able to add the card to my digital wallet. They blame Stripe for that, a migration that happened 6 months ago. Furthermore, the password reset email does not ships. I am still waiting for it.

I find clever card now so clever after…
I find clever card now so clever after all...I can't seem to get it to connect to Google pay. Also if any surplus money is left over you can't top up and it becomes dominant in the account with never gets spent... Spent 190 out of a 200 euros and you can't spend our the last 10 euro's... Clever card must allow you to amalgilate unspent money on the card.

shockingly bad
I used to sing the praises of these cards and recommend them to clients and then at the start of April this year my card was suspended. I received no notice of same or reason why, in fact no contact from them whatsoever. I reported it to their support team immediately and after all sorts of promises and apologies and excuses from them it took until May for them to sort it. Absolutely outrageous. I no longer recommend them to anyone.

Waiting 3 months for a refund
I received a refund on my card in April, the card was no longer active so I was told it would be issued on a new card. That's fine, no problem. However, it's been almost 3 months of messaging them constantly and I've still received nothing.

Total Balance displayed on App not including refunds
Easy to install and use, but there is currently a display issue on the App, which means that refunds aren't being taken into account in the total balance. CleverCards has confirmed my total balance is higher than the total balance displayed on the App. This makes it difficult to keep track of how much money you have on the card.
