Having purchased a product from this company via ebay with a 10 year guarantee, it broke within 2 months. The company didn't want to know and refused to refund or replace.

Amazing service. The Yale key I ordered is an original key - it fits perfectly and was a third the price of the Yale website where I have previously ordered. Add to this I ordered on a Saturday and it arrived on the Monday - unbelievably quick. Communication was also great. Top service and would willingly recommend and use again.

I have never dealt with Truly PVC Ltd before. I have a couple of properties that I rent out and during a voids I repair and update them. I needed 110mm White soil pipe bends, I couldn't find them anywhere else. Truly PVC had them and were great to deal with. They are on my supplier list now and I would recommend them based on my experience.

Cerberus euro cylinder lock which was at the best price I could find anywhere. It was despatched the same day and delivered within a couple of days by Amazon. I asked a question about this lock on their Ebay site and got a quick reply from a company I felt I could trust.

Absolutely top class service. I wanted a pair of keyed alike thumbturn euro locks with 8 keys. On searching the internet I was resigned to waiting 10 days for delivery and paying for 5 extra keys. Then I found Truly. They had pairs of keyed alike thumbturns in stock that are supplied with 6 keys as standard. Even better they were available for next day delivey! The price was better than I'd found else where and even the 3 extra keys I needed were a good price. All in all you could ask for better prices or service. Thank you.

I ordered replacement gasket seal online to collect and took a sample of the old one with me which turned out to be a good idea as I had ordered the incorrect profile. Not a problem to the staff as they just changed the order and gave me the correct one without any fuss even though it was minutes away from closing time!
