I have been with Superprof since September 2021 and ever since then, students who had been introduced to me were all genuine in their request to find out how they could improve and upgrade in their English learnng, and there after ended up making payment to begin their lessons with me.
And i knew that students trusted me mainly because of Superprof. With such a great platform to support me from behind, i must say that i am very grateful to be able to be attached to Superprof that more and more students get to know me as an English tutor.

I've registered myself as tutor for an accounting and there's a student asking to learn from me. I've accepted her and asked what field of accounting she want to learn and suddenly, she make payment for me. The superprof.com.my notified me and asking me to verified my banking information, by approving a fake payment request (they claimed not involved any payment). There is many other web requesting customer to verified their bank account by more valid way, not like this way. Very suspicious, just like scammer.

This platform is a massive disappointment and a risk to your wallet.

1. Charged Without Service: I was charged for a "Student Pass" before I even finalized a booking or received any service.

2. Impossible to Cancel: There is no straightforward path to cancel the subscription, and when I tried to get a refund and cancellation through support, I was met with complete silence and automated replies ("SuperAi"). They refuse to take action.

3. No Teacher Reply: On top of everything else, the teacher I was interested in never even replied.

Highly unresponsive tutor. Accepted the lesson request, and suddenly ghosted the student. No reply through web chat, email or text! Scam alert.

I highly recommend Syafiq for TELC C1. The lessons are incredibly clear, well-structured and made complex topics easy to understand. I've seen a significant improvement in my daughter Germany. I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience on the Superprof platform. After being shown what looked like a legitimate student request (with names and lesson value clearly mentioned), I was asked to enter my card details to proceed. Believing it was genuine, I followed the instructions — only to later discover that multiple unauthorized transactions were made on my card without any OTP or confirmation.

Even worse, all messages related to that student inquiry were later deleted from the internal messaging system. Thankfully, I had taken screenshots of everything, including the student name, message, and payment prompt. These were submitted as proof.

Despite contacting all available Superprof support emails over the past few days, I have not received a single helpful response. Instead, they quote this message:

“As a reminder, Superprof will never use the platform's internal messaging system to ask you for personal information, bank details, or to prompt you to validate a transaction.”

But the truth is — I received exactly such a message through their own platform, and I submitted full screenshots as proof. No one has addressed that fact. No one has responded to my refund request either.

Due to these malicious and deceptive practices, I had no choice but to cancel my bank card, which caused further inconvenience.

All I asked for was a fair refund and a responsible explanation. But the silence from Superprof has left me with no trust in the platform.Please act responsibly and help others avoid this experience.

Hides the fact that it's a subscription in the fine print. Way too expensive to get a simple answer on an Excel spreadsheet. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

This is my first time experience a request to teach an international adult student. It is a great honour to have this opportunity given by superprof. I am teaching using my expertise and tools for the past 10 years in the teaching industry. The student and I have a very good communication in English and he is improving. Great website, very helpful. Like the fact that they don't have a paywall for free users. There are some slight issue with the website, still feels a little clunky. There are 2 slight issue that I noticed. I could not change the the lesson type after first choosing it, can only change to something similar, does not have a search button, so I had to create a entirely new lesson. Another is one somehow when viewing as editor, under pricing there is a cost for webcam, even though I did not activate the choice for webcam, but I did notice student view does not have the same issue. I believe after some touchup on the website, this website could absolutely be a 5/5.

Superprof helps me a lot in terms of students intake, students request and boost my profile for student's recognition. Thanks to Superprof as well because a lot of students asking classes from me as well.
