Ordered a custom-stitched outfit with measurements provided. The final product did not match the measurements or the design shared and is not wearable in its current form.

I paid a significant amount specifically for stitching along with high international pricing and additional customs charges. Despite this, the stitching was incorrect, and I was asked to get alterations done locally in the U.S.—which adds considerable extra cost and inconvenience.I have already paid 60$ for 2 Salwars and to get alterations I need to pay more.

The compensation offered by the store was minimal ($10–15), which does not come close to covering the actual alteration expenses here. After multiple follow-ups, communication also became unresponsive.

Very disappointing experience overall—especially considering the premium pricing charged for international customers. Would not recommend based on both product quality and customer service.

Very worst experience from this koskii.com website..spam, fraud website.. I have purchased salwar suit, and saree..but I got a totally different cloths..then I asked to customer service..but no response & poor experience..but koskii showroom is the bestway to buy the clothes..

I am writing to formally bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had with my bridal lehenga purchased from your Commercial Street, Bengaluru store.
I bought my bridal lehenga, along with the stitched blouse, from your store for my wedding. The blouse was stitched by Koskii as part of the purchase. Unfortunately, during my function on 5th dec 2025 the blouse hook (stitched by your team) broke and caused a serious wardrobe malfunction. This was extremely embarrassing and stressful for me on a very important day of my life.I had dropped email and tried contacting but didnt get aany solution

Third grade customer service. They have given phone no to contact and no one will answer. Rubbish and fake reviews . On online WhatsApp chat either

I ordered a saree from Koskii (Order No. KO329402) and the entire experience has been a nightmare.

The delivery was extremely delayed.

The product color was totally different from what was shown on the website.

I requested a return, and even that pickup was delayed with no communication.

The pickup was finally completed on 15th November, but I still have not received my refund.

Their customer care number is never reachable.

WhatsApp support does not reply.

Email replies come after several days, with no real solution.

I have never seen such poor, careless, and unprofessional support from any brand. This entire experience has caused unnecessary stress, and I genuinely feel harassed by the continuous delays and silence.

I have now filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum because the company seems completely unresponsive.

I strongly do NOT recommend Koskii to anyone.
Their service is unreliable, and customer support is almost nonexistent.

7 october 2025 order sarees from their website... quality wise product is good but the length of the saree is small and one saree was little damaged...so I wrote a mail and asked for return...they didn't respond to mail,calls or whatsapp messages.... Pathetic service
