I had ordered one legging but got the defective piece, it was torn so I requested for exchange with the same size but there was no option of exchnage, you can only return & purchase the same product ( In this case shipping charge which is 200/- won't be refunded, that means when you return & then order the same product shippingcharges will be applied again).
I made complaint at least 8 times, had a chat with customer care but they never helped me out, they just kept on promising me that a pick up person will come to pick up the order & then they will refund the amount ( excluding shipping charge) but nothing happened.
Now I have torn product with me & my money is stuck in Savana, I have raised complaint in Consumer Court with all the chats done with Savana.
Savana's service is worst, they won't be able to sustain in the market for long because they are not doing right things to their customers...
They do not have the facility to talk to the customer care on call. I wish that this company faces a downfall soon...

Absololutely shit customer service and operations
My order has been at the dispatch centre for days and they wont do anything to even solve the problem. The order for an event and now they are asking me to cancel the order. And its not like I live in a tier 3 or 4 city. I am based in Delhi NCR.
Customer service sucks big time. I dont wanna talk to a robot or AI for my human problems. Get a human behind the screen please.

I have emailed this company so many times to cancel they even confirmed the account would be cancelled but they continue to send out gummies I don't want and take money from my account I again sent many more emails to cancel but the ignored my messages I have now reported them to my bank keep Away from this company people they rip you off big time it's disgusting how they operate please keep away.

The customer care number does not exist. This is absolutely horrible and irresponsible of them. Slow and ai customer service bots make it worse.

WORST EXPERIENCE, UNINSTALLING IT
I've ordered sooo much but this has been disappointing, I'm going to tell all the incidents I faced
1. A product for delivered wrong and I didn't get the refund. It was 2k but the product value on tag was 1.5k
2. A coat did not pass quality check even though I had not received the tag and sent all the pictures properly, so I have the coat and have not received refund. It was 2.5k
3. Yesterday 2 of my dresses (total around 3.5k) both were approved for quality check and returned but after 1 hr later it showed cancelled return,I do not have the dresses or the refund now

Very bad experience with this application, bcoz 5-6 days I'm continuing sent the request on this for return due to size issue but no give the satisfactory solution and here is no providing the customer service contact details so that we connect with customer service executive direct. Only chat support they are given but here is no one provid the problem solution only they are doing chat....🥵🥵🥵🥵

I shopped more than 12k in one go and then due some quility issue I wanted to return only 4 items..but the delivery pick up person is misbehaved very badly and when this escalated to customer support team of Savana is not even taken the action insted everytime just informed me to wait next 24 hours and the pick up person never picked the products back .chat team took very long time and took entire feedback and finally said to wait again next 24 to 48 hours..I hope no one should face this issue which i faced and I suggest if anyone planning to exchange return in savana,the team never supports.insted Amazon or Flipkart team much useful and I wanted to rate zero rating specially for delivery pickup team and savana chat team.

I had a really disappointing experience…
I had a really disappointing experience ordering from Savana.
I placed a prepaid order, but due to an address mix-up, the parcel got delivered to the wrong address without my knowledge. I didn’t receive any notification about the delivery, so I wasn’t even aware that it had already been delivered.
By the time I found out and contacted the person at that address, they had already opened the parcel thinking it was theirs and handed it back to the delivery person. Because of this, it was never processed as an official return.
I tried explaining the entire situation to customer support multiple times, but they kept denying any help, saying the return window had passed.
The product was around ₹600, which is not a small amount, especially when I never even received or tried it.
I understand policies are important, but there should be some consideration for situations that are clearly beyond the customer’s control.
This has honestly been a very frustrating experience, and I expected better support.

Delays can be accepted
Delays can be accepted, but more than 2 times cannot be accepted!!!! Ordered start of a month, stim changing the estimated time, it's last week of the month !!! Like it's a whole month brooo, okay fine... delay can happen in transit, but changing the estimated time several times... I have contacted the customer services and soo unhappy with it☹️🥲

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service ! I ordered 2 skirts from Savana that had sizing issues , I Asked for a return and refund and the return pickup partner Shadowfax never came to pick up the item . Savana refuses to process my refund till the return is complete and their customer service is abysmal! They don't provide a valid phone number , nor a valid email id and they keep saying that the matter will be resolved in 24 hours , it's been a week!! I will be taking legal action for their lack of response and intervention!
