Ordered 3 pairs of orthopedic shoes for work, to try on. I measured my feet before choosing the size. All 3 are so small I can't get my feet in, cheaply made, not leather, absolutely no support under footbed. Contacted customer service, they wanted "photos showing the issue". Now they are offering a 20% refund (saying I can keep the useless shoes). I am extremely upset.

Please AVOID this company. I ordered suede orthopedic slippers. They took over three weeks to arrive and when they did they are awful. I paid £35 for cheaply made roughly glued together uncomfortable slippers with a thin insole and the material is more like felt than suede. Shocking!

Returns made difficult to the point of giving g up . Do not use this company …

I bought three pairs of shoes from this company. Their website says “free returns”, but when I asked to return them they did not want the shoes back and only offered a partial return of my money.
Stunahome’s reply to my review said that they offered me a return address where I could have received a full refund. No return address was ever offered to me, only a partial refund. I would definitely have returned the shoes if a return address had been offered to me.

I would give a 0 if I could.
This is an awful company who do not stick to what they say on this site.
I have emailed backwards and awards for almost 3 weeks.
To day they offered 30% refund which i do not want.
They didnt arrive in time for a hospital stay and when they did i realized they are fake and poorly made.
They do not fit my foot and look decidedly ugly.
It says they are barefoot but no logo shown on bag or slippers

Bought a pair of boots £43 they arrived 10 days later . So disappointed with quality . They are not leather like described the sole is plastic .. do not order from this site

Do Not Buy From This Company. Wish I had read all the reviews before wasting my hard earned money on this scam company.
The shoes & Trainers are cheap & plastic & not true to size .
The customer service are Rubbish same email over & over .

Finally Got A full refund for both pairs of shoes .just kept bugging them with Emails

Giving one star because that's the worst you can give. If I could I'd give them negative stars. It took too long to come after lying saying that their warehouse was based in London when realistically it is based in China. Their shoes are rubber and they will not give you a refund. Mind you, they gave me shoes which are different sizes. I'm still wondering why the website is still up.
I was given 40% of my money and asked me to give the shoe to charity, who will wear different size of shoes.
Please do not shop with StunaHome they are scammers incurring money from people by giving them 20 to 40% of their money.
Same email of apology is sent to everyone.

Stunahome is clearly using false advertising to lure people onto their website. I ordered a pair of leather mules that I had seen on their website. The product I received (after a considerable wait) was a very poor imitation, a cheap copy using low quality materials. I contacted Stunahome via their email and stated how dissatisfied I was with the product. This email thread continued daily for a week or more, They tried every excuse they possibly could from discounts to partial refunds. They completely ignored my request to send the product back. Towards the end our email exchange they actually asked me to damage the product, take pictures and email them through?? I couldn’t believe what i was reading! I questioned their motives for this request and finally they sent me images of similar products that had been completely destroyed, they asked me to do the same so they could be sure the product could not be used after a refund!! They actually thought I was trying to defraud them after they had clearly tried their best to defraud me?? I took the mules into my workshop and completely destroyed them using metal cutters and an axe, sent the images through and a full refund was received via PayPal several days later. Stunahome should be avoided at all cost, this company is openly trading in substandard products NOT what you will see online. Lastly I’ve had to give 1 star to proceed with Trustpilot, please believe me when I say Stunahome does not deserve a single star! There should be a minus option?

Avoid. This company have taken my money & stupidly o never looked at trustpilot first. Shows taken from PayPal but paid with card & not able to look at the account created. Crooks

They eventually replied to ky e-mail on here & via email. I replied again. Guess what.... no reply again after sending again & again.

Sent shoe that wasn’t as described was supposed to be steel toe and they are not won’t reply to any emails to return

Now emailing for a refund no reply shoes have been sent back and are showing as delivered
10 th November still no refund not responding to any emails

Still no refund shoes were received in there warehouse 30 th October stil no refund received

I ordered a pair of orthopaedic trainers, then looked at reviews. I cancelled my order immediately. I received full refund.

Ordered some slippers but wished I had checked Trustpilot first. Do not buy from this company. Their customer reviews must be fake. On placing my order and paying by credit card I received a confirmation email mostly written in Chinese. Then 3 days later they sent a message telling me the slippers were out of stock and asking me if I would like to choose another style. I have requested that the order is cancelled and now await a refund which I don’t have any confidence in being processed.

I’ve given 1 star as you can’t get lower! Trainers are cheap plastic and poor quality. A total waste of money and wouldn’t use or buy from them again. Sending them back to China would be very costly. They are sitting very nicely in the wheelie bin. They are a cheap imitation of Solomon trainers. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
They have been totally squashed in transit as sent in a plain thin plastic grey bag. Thank you for your cut and pasted reply that you send to all who complain. I don’t have the time to get embroiled in your ridiculous attempt to give people a 40% refund as that is your intention. The company should be stopped from selling in the uk as it’s clearly a money making scam to cheat hardworking people out of hard earned money. I see you haven’t addressed the fact that they are Solomon imitations in the reply. Trading standards need to be made aware of your activity.

Do no touch this company. When shoes don't fit or poor quality they only give 20% refund. Cheap rubbish from China. Will never ever buy from them again. They are not a reputable company. Wish I'd read the reviews first.

DO NOT USE... SCAM SCAM SCAM. it's really sad as they advertise Orthopedic shoes so their target clients are in need of comfort wear. Wrong size cheap shoe sent, offered 20% discount.. why when I can't wear the shoes! They finally after many emails and my insistence sent another pair that are at least 2 sizes too small (no size on shoe so hard to know), feel like cardboard, very poor quality. They refuse to start returns process and have now removed the promise of this which is standard from the bottom of the emails. 29 August this started, all I wanted was a decent pair of comfortable winter shoes, overall spent £38 and a lot of time. I don't normally write reviews but these shoes are only fit for the bin. Only wish I had money to burn

Shoes are not orthopaedic they are cheap crap from China. Fell apart within weeks then they won't refund you. Do not buy from this company it's a scam.
