Absolutely Awful – Avoid

I wish I could give 0 stars.

I ordered orthopedic ankle boots on 20th November and they still haven’t arrived. After weeks of waiting, my order was suddenly marked as “delivered” when it clearly was not.

Customer service has been completely unhelpful. Instead of investigating the issue properly, they expect me to chase post offices—without even telling me which courier they used. I’ve checked with neighbours and no one has received or signed for anything.

This company takes no responsibility once they have your money. I needed these boots by a specific date and due to their incompetence, I’m now left with nothing but excuses.

Save yourself the stress and order elsewhere. This has been a complete joke from start to finish.

I’m still waiting for a full refund.

Awful quality

Avoid!!!! Bought boots for £40 both zips broke after 4 wears.. complained and got an email saying they wont accept a return or refund.. end of! Cheap Chinese crap!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

ordered last week, need them for end of this week at £6.99 postage would expect to receive quite quickly. looks like they are in london but invoice sugfests coming from china no order confirmation received but took payment immediately , got a paypal receipt. but to track order you need an order number and this isn't on invoice , no way of contacting them, tried to reach out via facebook page which hasn't been updated since 2024, messages turned off will be reaching out to paypal as looked like I've been scammed !

Dreadful sizing, hard to contact

Thank you for your response, trust pilot readers will be interested to know, I have followed your return policy to the letter, including photos etc, you have offered me 20% refund! I refused and asked for 100%, you came back with no 40% and keep the shoes that are too small. NO... I WOULD LIKE 100% AND I WILL RETURN THE SHOES OR GIVE THEM TO CHARITY. PLEASE HONOUR YOU RETURN POLICY. I received the correct items, wrong size, they are a very poor company indeed, awaiting a refund. Off to discuss with my credit card company. 🤬

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. It is not reputable. Products are poor, ill fitting and extremely if not impossible to return and refund. It is a company from China whose email address via PayPal is playwinwin2020.

That informed me kindly that for order that l have never seen with my iced they can compensate 20% of what l
Have paid.
No matter how tempted you are I strongly advise you to avoid , avoid and once again avoid them.

Appalling sy

Tried to return the boots but they offered me 20% and the boots then when I said they offered 40%. Eventually they agreed to refund in full but then refused to pay shipping as they claimed they paid it. I gave up.DO NOT use this firm.

WHAT A SCAM

WHAT A SCAM! Wished I'd never seen their advert for shoes! I ordered the size I required only to find that they were nowhere need the correct size! I got in contact with company who said they would give me a 20% refund and I could keep the shoes! They don't give full refunds on there products! It's disgusting!

Shoes were so small my feet would not…

Shoes were so small my feet would not fit. I contacted Stunahome for a full refund and complied with their requirements - unused, photo's of shoes, within 30 days etc and was offered a 20% refund and I can keep the shoes. Why would I want to keep shoes that don't fit????

Product supplied was not the same as…

Product supplied was not the same as the picture on the website, quality was very poor definitely not orthopedic, delivery was slow as comes from China which they do not reference on their website. After about 5 emails they are still refusing to give me a full refund just increasing levels of discount to keep the product. Please do not use this website it is a Scam.

I bought a trainer from them which was…

I bought a trainer from them which was a bit tight. I requested for a return address as they have mentioned in their policy that if customer is not satisfy with a purchase it can be returned, but I found that it was a lie. On asking for a return address for an exchange, they started telling stories, forcing me to keep the item that doesn't fit me and even suggesting to me that I should give the trainers out to someone, which I found very disturbing. They refused to send me their return address, forced me to keep the item that is of no use to me. As I learnt they are wasting my time and putting pressure on me to keep the item, I had to agree to refund back some of the money paid and keep the trainers that don't fit me. I found them to be lying and dubious in their policy. I will recommend anyone to patronise them.

Shame I can't put zero stars

If I could put zero stars, i would.
Stunahome dont want to give any more than a 20% refund for what they should be refunding fully.
A customer is allowed to try something on, then request a full refund if its not right.
They seem to get away with it.
I will buy nothing else from them.
Shame they can't be listed as a scam company.
I think they false advertise and make out their stuff is better quality than it is.
A message for stunahome - once a customer discovers what sort of company you are, they will never go back, and stick to their usual companies that they know are legit.
You end up losing custom, and losing out.
And today is my birthday.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They state Free Returns on their website, but they will not accept the return of goods for a refund. Instead they offer partial refunds and suggest you take the goods to a charity shop!
Their last offer is that we “damage” the goods and send photos of the damage. They will then review the photos and arrange a refund! I would imagine they will then claim the damage has been caused by us and refuse a refund!

With regards the response from this company below, their response is total rubbish. We have continually tried requesting a refund from “support@stunahome” and they simply respond offering 20% refund, or instructing us to damage the goods and send a photo. They even sent us a photo of what damaged goods look like! This company is the worse I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. If it wasn’t some foreign organisation it would have been done for fraud as it breaches Trading Standards.
Their own Returns Policy states they offer full refunds as does their website, but they don’t. They do NOT provide refunds. They are a total SCAM.

SCAM WEBSITE

Thus website is a SCAM. I ordered a pair slippers from them costing over £30. When they arrived, it was clear they were of exceptionally poor quality, like something you get from Temu for about £1.
I emailed them asking for a refund. I got a reply asking me for photos however when I tried to send them, their email mysteriously wouldn't allow me to send the photos, so I've lost over £30.
AVOID THUS WEBSITE TOTAL SCAM.

ordered 2items one on the 1/11/25 which I received on the 14/11/25,the item was rubbish.the other item I ordered on 3/11/25 which they say I received on the 14/11/25 it's now Saturday the 15/11/25 and the 2nd order not been delivered.I would not recommend this company,if I could I would rate this company with a 0.

Absolute scam merchants

Absolute scam merchants. Ordered boots a month ago and still not received. Apparently the delivery person couldn't access my home which is nonsense. Have parcels delivered constantly and no one else ever had a problem. Now the issue is mine and I have to chase around or lose the money. Customer service sucks just recurring stupid emails with no help whatsoever! Needless to say I will be taking action. They should be shut down!
