Incompetent customer service. Refused to deliver to our street because their drivers in a 26' box truck can't navigste a hill. Meanwhile, we frequently have deliveries from full size trucks and are serviced weekly by 30-35' trash trucks in Los Angeles. They refused to figure out any alternate solutions or look at the facts of my location. The communication with customer service was among the worst interactions I've ever had with anyone. You can see from the company's other response to an issue that they dont really seem to care about being in the wrong. Maybe the products are fine, but if you want a good experience, DO NOT use this company.

"deemed not to be accessible"??? lol. By who? If you were willing to discuss woth the customer, you would have learned that the street is easily accessible by trucks larger than 26'. Either they are unable ti read a map or judge the size of the street, or their drivers are so incompetent that they shouldn't be allowed to drive. I can't imagine the quality of service they provide if this is how they act. Wow.

They have also refused to provide confirmation of a refund.

Spa-Mart’s response overlooks the fact that this was a heavy-duty cover with several expensive upgrades, costing me over $800.

Your proposed solution requires me to dismantle the damaged cover and transfer all the internal components into new fabric. That is an unreasonable amount of time, effort, and risk to place on me to correct a problem with the product. What happens if I damage something during the process?

Furthermore, how can you determine from a photograph that this is not a workmanship issue? A torn seam is exactly the type of failure that raises concerns about workmanship.

I paid for a premium product and expect Spa-Mart to stand behind it. I am asking you to reconsider your position and provide a reasonable resolution that does not leave the burden and cost of repairing the defective cover on me.

My Spa-Mart spa cover developed a tear at the fold in less than one season. Spa-Mart blamed “excessive force,” despite the tear being on the opposite side from where we open and close the cover.

In 17 years of owning a spa, I’ve never had this problem with previous covers. I understand wear and tear, but a cover should last more than one season. Their offer to send replacement fabric does not address my concerns about product quality.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Spa-Mart. I would encourage others to consider alternative suppliers.

The order and delivery process was excellent. Ari assisted me in determining the correct measurements in 3 separate phone calls and reviewed photos I provided. I went over the specifications carefully. I was very disappointed when the cover arrived and the fold was on the wrong axis. Scott offered to replace the cover, but I would be responsible for $180 in shipping costs. I repeatedly requested to be told if my order specifications were incorrect, and did not receive an answer. I am keeping the cover because I cannot afford the additional shipping, but I am very disappointed as this materially affects how the spa is used.

Ordered a hot tub cover from Spa-Mart. I got the cover in about 7 weeks which was about in the middle of the timeframe they quoted me. From what I can tell the cover seems better than the one that came with my Artesian tub that only lasted a little over 3 years. I upgraded to their essentials bundle because I wanted the twice wrapped foam and full hinge insulation and it wasn’t a lot more to get the bundle. I like that the cover was made in the US and the company that made it also delivered it. Overall very pleased with the experience. It was nice having someone answer the phone when I called. Hope this cover lasts longer than the original and I have a feeling it will.

I ordered a spa/hot tub cover for my hot tub from them. Since I knew the brand and model number it was easy for them to match the exact size. They are up front on how long it will take to manufacure it. They quoted me 8-12 weeks. It took them 10 weeks. Their customer service department was very friendly and helpful when I called to inquire about the delivery date. They kept me informed about the date and time it was to be delivered. The cover's quality is better than the original and hopefully it will last longer.
