First and sadly last experience with Rhino Records UK.
This was my first experience with buying music from Rhino Records UK and unfortunately it will be my last.
I've always been interested in their special deals and special edition vinyl so thought I'd take them up on take their 25% off spring sale. I ordered three vinyl records at the cost of £48. For about a week my order was just showing as 'pending' then I received an email out of the blue to say that my order had been cancelled due to 'payment processing problems' no other explanation other than to contact their customer service! I was incredibly surprised as checking my bank account the money had cleared the day after my order! I then Googled Rhino Records and saw the reviews on Trust Pilot, and though that's £48 I might never see again!
So I emailed their customer service (attaching proof of my cleared transaction) and waited another week when I finally got an email apology back from them saying they'd reinstate my order and get it processed.
There must be something wrong with their payment systems, which is worrying as if someone doesn't check their bank account they could reorder and end up paying twice!
I eventually got my vinyl nearly a month after my order date and have to say it was all in perfect condition and plays beautifully but because of the ordering/buying process I went thought I wont use Rhino Records UK again, which is a shame.
