This was my first experience with buying music from Rhino Records UK and unfortunately it will be my last.

I've always been interested in their special deals and special edition vinyl so thought I'd take them up on take their 25% off spring sale. I ordered three vinyl records at the cost of £48. For about a week my order was just showing as 'pending' then I received an email out of the blue to say that my order had been cancelled due to 'payment processing problems' no other explanation other than to contact their customer service! I was incredibly surprised as checking my bank account the money had cleared the day after my order! I then Googled Rhino Records and saw the reviews on Trust Pilot, and though that's £48 I might never see again!

So I emailed their customer service (attaching proof of my cleared transaction) and waited another week when I finally got an email apology back from them saying they'd reinstate my order and get it processed.

There must be something wrong with their payment systems, which is worrying as if someone doesn't check their bank account they could reorder and end up paying twice!

I eventually got my vinyl nearly a month after my order date and have to say it was all in perfect condition and plays beautifully but because of the ordering/buying process I went thought I wont use Rhino Records UK again, which is a shame.

Terrible customer service. Kept my money for months with no delivery. Had to reorder and pay again yet I was told I hadn't paid, despite the charge appearing on my credit card. Had to send my statement as evidence. Third time lucky and the order came within days... and was faulty. Very disorganised and untrusting, take a ridiculous amount of time to take action and whilst they always apologise in the emails it feels perfunctory and insincere. Would recommend to avoid

Disgraceful company terrible customer service
First order not delivered. 2nd order cancelled by them as they said I hadn't paid them. I had to prove to them I had paid them by providing bank statements which I did. Bethany promised she would have order dispatched on 23rd December after my proof of payment on 8th December. That promise not kept and now the limited edition item is out of stocm as I write and the order still shows cancelled. My first order was £95 & my second order was for £80. Not small change by any stretch of the imagination but they don't care. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY MAY BE PART OF WARNER BROTHERS BUT THEY HAVE NO SCRUPLES WHEN IT COMES TO TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT. I have been made ill by what they have put my through. I have had to contact my bank to get my money back. This has been ongoing since 8th October when they received my first payment of £95. They also refused my request for any refund when I didn't receive any goods. Thanks for making me ill Bethany with all your lies in your emails

Rhino Rip-offs
Another email sent to Rhino Records today asking why they haven't refunded my order. I gave them 5 days to despatch it after the release date of 6th December and then asked them to cancel it as I was getting no response from them. They should be closed down for the disgraceful way they treat customers. order placed 8th October, payment of £95 taken 8th October, release date of item 6th December, delivery of item???? who knows? That's why I have cancelled it. Refund issued? Who knows when that will happen.
