Code arrived as promised so got my concert tickets. Album was delivered to me on the release date so couldn’t be happier. First class service.

Poor customer service let's them down again
I've had previous bad experiences with this company so I try to avoid them. Unfortunately this was the only place I could find a record I really wanted. Once again it arrived with damaged, with bashes on all four corners and a tear in the top of the sleeve. Sent them a message with pictures over a week ago and still haven't heard a thing from them.

Shocking customer service from Scott.
Was sent out a vinyl record that was used and unsealed which is disappointing enough, but the response from Scott made it far worse. Completely ignoring the issue with an arrogant attitude of an email after 3 responses ensure I will never purchase from them again.
Avoid this company as there are so many much better. Shocking customer service!
A total contrast to companies like Juno for example where I have had only one issue out of multiple orders and which was dealt with so much better.

I was ordering a couple of vinyl records from this store and was slightly concerned, because the prices were significantly lower than elsewhere and reviews were almost exclusively very negative. But I hoped for the best and was getting ready to ask for a chargeback.
But.. the order has arrived in less than 48 hours after being placed. Everything went perfectly smooth. Feel like current rating is undeserved and definitely should give Dig! a chance if you're in doubts.

I am very sceptical of online buying. I prefer to buy records locally. Since I could not find the Electra Heart record anywhere, I came across the Dig! store.
The price was very good (way better than other sites or discogs) and it seemed like an official store of Warner Music.
However, after reading these negative reviews, I became a little afraid of buying from this store. There was one review that was positive (and it also was about the Electra Heart vinyl) so I decided to give it a go.
The service was very quick and I got many updates about the shipment. Within a week I got the vinyl delivered (in 6 days). I also did not have to pay any extra costs like import fees (I live in the Netherlands), which usually do come with shipment from the UK.
I understand that some people may have had different experiences with the store, but mine was very positive.

Rien à dire, le vinyle est arrivé en très bon état et un peu plus tôt que prévu.
Il y a beaucoup d'avis négatifs mais je pense qu'il faut quand même tenter, j'ai acheté le vinyle d'Electra Heart Blonde Platinium Edition qui était beaucoup moins cher ici.
Bref, très bonne expérience et il faut tenter malgré les avis négatifs.

Payback of Belgian import taxes on two singles from the pogues…
I ordered two singles from the pogues for which I had to pay duties to the Belgian customs in order to import these singles. I filed a complaint with the customer service and they told me that they would pay back this amount. But that it would take about 40 days. Yesterday I received the full amount in my bank account. Thank you Dig! Store.

i was looking for the electra heart…
i was looking for the electra heart 10th anniversary platinum blonde vinyl edition like everywhere and when i found a cheap on on dig store i couldnt believe my eyes and immediately ordered it, i read some reviews later and got scared and thought i just threw 60€ out of the window, but luckily my vinyl came today (almost a week later) and its in perfectly condition, maybe i just got lucky but either way im realllyyy happy

I wouldn’t order again - CS passive aggressive
Drawn in by the cheap prices, I ordered 5 vinyls. Shipping was incredibly slow but to Dig’s credit, they refunded me the shipping.
Once the vinyls arrived, all had minor damage to the corners but two had major damage - we’re talking corner completely caved in. How this happened to two and not all I’ve no idea.
One vinyl sleeve was split open down the top side, peeled apart, and this couldn’t possibly have happened during shipping so was likely sent in this condition.
I reached out to customer service (Scott), sending clear photos and he explained that damage isn’t covered for and I’d have to ship the two vinyls back myself and request a postage refund once they had received them.
Scott also replied to me a second time, simply emboldening his previous response, as if I can’t read, failing to miss my point.
At no point was there acknowledgment of the damage or an apology - which was all I wanted.
Given the time it took to get them, I couldn’t be bothered to return.
Won’t order again. Lesson learned.
UPDATE: I emailed the address given in Dig’s reply to my review and it was rejected. Either the email address doesn’t exist or they blocked me from their server. Strange. Avoid.

Ordered 2 copies Fairytale in NY -
Ordered 2 copies Fairytale in NY, they only went & charged me twice; refused to cancel. Told me to refuse one package, delivery by hapless Yodel. Find a yodel courier trying ram box through door without ringing doorbell or knocking I tell her I’m refusing delivery. Says I can’t. I say sorry it’s double order by mistake. I take one package. She leaves mumbling to herself. No van just an old banger car. And I open the box, one single not two. So I’ve been charged 4 times for one record. They are beyond toxic; and tracking says delivered with photo my box in the car.

Awful Customer Service
Awful Customer Service. Been waiting over 3 weeks for a t-shirt that is yet to arrive. Cut and paste templated responses that don’t actually answer my questions.
The tracking reference retrieves nothing and the estimated time of arrival keeps changing, starting from 1-3 days to now 1-14 days, which has since passed. One response asked me to physically visit post offices in my area (who does that?) despite informing them I spent 23 minutes waiting to get through to Royal Mail Customer Services, who are unable to locate the tracking, confirmed no delivery attempts for the item and to get back in touch with the sender.
Hugely frustrating that responses are not tailored to the individual resulting in having to repeat yourself.
Still waiting on a sufficient response and likelihood will have to contact my bank to raise a dispute, as it appears many have had to do so.
UPDATE: Emailed the hello@ email address (found on their website) all the poor responses I received from the initial query via their contact form. Apology and a refund with a discount voucher for any future purchase. I won’t be buying from them again. Keep to issue the refund so my guess is the item was never sent in the first place with Royal Mail advising the tracking reference provided isn’t known to them.

Dig Vinyl? Theres hardly a thing to dig through. Their pitiful selection is priced for hipsters and all their used vinyl has condition issues. Avoid.

Despite telling them on many occasions I could not comply with request kept telling me they could not do anything without a screen shot of payment
Spoke to credit card company they raised a dispute
Was informed by Dig payment had been cancelled. That is why they wanted proof of payment..
Money was refunded asked why order not sent as I kept requesting we told it was a technical issue which could take time to resolve 14th December
I could reorder if it wax still in stock
