Highly recommend Storage Giant. Lachlan was extremely helpful, professional , and very personable. The storage areas are spotlessly clean inside and outside in the corridors and they have some amazing deals.

So far all the dealings I have had with Storage Giant, from Head Office to the local store, have been so refreshing. The customer service, kindness, patience and friendliness has been remarkably refreshing. Looking forward to it long continuing.

They were both knowledgeable and experienced about the storage unit. Both with price and availability I would advise strongly to use this company.

I recently used this storage facility and had a genuinely positive experience. The unit itself was clean, secure, and easy to access, which made the whole moving process much smoother than I expected.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Warren went above and beyond to help me. I arrived close to closing time, and instead of rushing off, he kindly stayed late to make sure I could finish offloading my belongings and get everything properly packed into the storage unit. That level of dedication and understanding is rare and very much appreciated, especially on a stressful moving day.

From the start, Gemma has been brilliant. Friendly, professional, and always quick to respond.
First enquired about a storage unit to house some baby clothes and toys which were filling up the garage, had a very quick response from Gemma who gave me some information on sizes and prices, I didnt need the unit straight away and Gemma kept in contact throughout and made the process very simple and straight forward.
Great overall experience will definitely use the storage giant company again in the future.
