We recently moved into our serviced offices and from day one Alex and his team have been absolutely outstanding. From the initial sign-up process right through to move-in day, Alex’s communication has been second to none – clear, responsive, and always proactive, which made the entire transition seamless and stress-free.

The team consistently goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and professional environment. They are friendly, approachable, and always happy to help with anything we need, no matter how small. It really makes a difference knowing there’s such a supportive team on hand.

The offices themselves are fantastic – always warm, spotless, and well-maintained – and the communal areas are equally clean, comfortable, and inviting. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining the space to a high standard.

We’ve settled in incredibly quickly and already feel very much at home here. Alex and the team have been excellent throughout the entire process, and we genuinely can’t thank them enough for making our move such a positive experience. We would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a professional and well-managed serviced office.

Warren and his staff Clare and Brad were amazing. Definitely the best storage facility in Stoke on Trent, as the security is 100% better than other companies. From start to finish the process was explained and easy. They are not expensive and the units are clean. Warren was so helpful all the step of the way. An asset to the company.
