It is out of utter frustration that I am leaving this poor review. I received my Pilo2 3 weeks ago. It worked on one jumper and then stopped working. It will not charge/hold a charge. I have reached out 5 times to customer service and have I have received no further instructions.

I read the instructions, used the shaver carefully, opened to remove lint and when I closed it again it simply stopped working.
Yes, I tried recharging it. It is fully charged. I tried opening and closing again. It looks perfect but it does not switch on.
I have written to the company and they have not replied.
£50 for a machine that stopped working within about ten to twenty minutes and no customer service.

Disappointing Service & Product
I contacted Steamery on the 31st of March in regards to a broken cirrus 3 steamer where the tank tube just ejected from it's fitting and can no longer take in water. My product is still under warranty, and I have used it only a handful of times. I received an email saying it's taking longer than usual to reply to these emails, please do not file another email as it will drop your query to the bottom of the pile. Finally I'm writing my review here (regretfully) as Steamery does not have any other means of communication. The product is not cheap (£150) and I would expect some svensk engineering such as this to last a lot longer, let alone have great customer service. Unfortunately it does not seem like the case. I've noticed in the past 2 weeks their website also faults on checkout when you try to purchase any item with an error message: "stock unavailable". Disappointed to say the least.

The steamer arrived broken
The steamer arrived broken. I made 3 attempts to contact customer service, there is no actual person to speak to directly so you must write an email and wait. I have been waiting for weeks for a response. I tried reaching out on instagram and still nothing. This is not a cheap steamer and I would expect a good level of support. Really disappointed and would never purchase from this website again. I have no idea if I will ever get my money back or at least a replacement!

Faulty pilo took weeks to respond then…
Faulty pilo took weeks to respond then received anew one which doesn’t work either had no response to my complaint about the second pilo which arrived without the on/ off button in situ

Broken and no customer service
The bobble remover arrived fine but broke after 1 1/2 jumpers. A week after emailing the customer support centre I have had no response and there is no contact telephone number for customer support.

Faulty product and appalling customer service
I purchased a Pilo 2 Fabric Shaver on 18 March 2026 and it arrived within a few days and was faulty. After charging it for several hours and switching it on the light came on but went off again and it did not work. I sent an email to Steamery on 22 March with full details of the fault including a photo and video. It has now been 11 days and I have not received a response from Steamery except an automated message asking for a Trustpilot review.

Not really worth the money!
Bought to use on abayas and thin items, creased didn’t come out easily. I had to go over the same patch a few times before it took the crease out. I bought to save time but I prefer my iron. You really need to use this on soft materials and it waist lot of time with each item. Run off water tank after 5 minutes of use. Wouldn’t recommend!

Nice but overpriced products. However customer support is just awful. The slowest responses I’ve ever encountered. You wait days between replies.
For a premium product, the support is more like a budget brand.
