Fault with my grill,emailed the company,lovely lady called Lynn just needed my receipt,then booked in engineer with the part provided,excellent service

I purchased a chest freezer, model number CHF150 on 10/12/23 to find the seal around the lid is not working as it seems to of lost its suction. Tried the hairdryer hack to no avail.Even tho the appliance is within its guaranteed period I have had to purchase a new seal/gasket for £28.68 as informed this is excluded from the warranty.The appliance is inside and has barely been opened so very disappointed with the purchase and would not recommend this appliance.

I ordered 3 built in appliances from my local electrical store after my kitchen refit last year. Really happy with all of them. I had to call an engineer to clear a blockage in my washing machine, he came within a couple of days and sorted the problem.

I purchased one of their combination Microwave/Grill/Convection Ovens through Amazon on 30th September. The seller had placed my order directly with Statesman Appliances. The delivery date was 3-4th October. On 4th October I checked the item tracking info. At this time, Yodel didn't even have the item yet. Their tracking info said it was still with the sender! I canceled the order with the seller (not Statesman Appliances) and got a refund. The tracking info had updated to say my item was then expected by 9th October!. I will NEVER buy a Statesman Appliances product ever again!

This company is utter rubbish!

I purchased my statesman washing machine in 2018 and it’s still as good as new! No issues whatsoever, would definitely recommend and will be purchasing more items from Statesman. Great service all round!

Bought a tumble dryer stateman from amazon delivered 29th Aug opened it up put it on it was cold looked for reset button found ut and was broken £255 wasted

My cooker suddenly stopped working, but that was no problem, I had many good years and lots of fabulous baked goods. I wasn't expecting to buy a cooker, have other kitchen gadgets which is why I went for price - I only wanted to bake cakes (my cakes are soo good). Still struggling and haven't produced any type of cake in the past year. This oven is really bad. Looks like I will have to purchase another brand of oven. NEVER before, anywhere, have I been so badly let down by an oven. I will always warn people against buying this brand. I have given up trying.

Today, I had to buy a new cooker. It isn't a Statesman.

You will notice all the 5 star reviews I have given to various companies I don't give one star lightly.

Purchased electric cooker five weeks ago. Had never heard of Statesman previously, was recommended by dealer. Wrong decision to buy without research. Grill tray will not fit, have to force in use, enamel particles coming off sides. Does not reach temperature to cook properly, truly the worst oven I have ever used. My wish is to have a total refund, could then buy a proper cooker. Not fit for purpose.

Unfortunately I was in hospital when my old freezer broke down beyond repair. A very close friend emptied it and bought one from a local dealer last year. It's never been right. I phoned the supplier. Just a 10 min look and advice. Charge £60!!! Still under warranty. Never again. A really bad buy from a rip off dealer.

very disappointed that after just over 3 years my fridge has stopped working . the life expectancy for fridge freezer is 10_20 years!

Dishwasher just over 2 years old out of warranty does not wash dishes do not buy!!

Had this little gas cooker for 22 years. Never let me down in all that time. Top edges under cooker top went rusty eventually and glass fell out inside oven door at the end of its life. Had a very good long life with us. Very happy with what I thought was a cheap basic cooker.

After only 2.5 years, our statesman 60:40 fridge/freezer broke due to a gas leak. Fridge now needs to be regassed and a new compressor, which will likely happen again in the future.

Very sad and frustrating, £100 worth of food completely wasted and money down the drain after such a short space of time.

Will buy a more reputable brand in future.

Got a Statesman's letter regarding a gas hob, it says that 'the gas hob may be fitted with a connector that is at risk of failing in certain circumstances whether the hob is in use or not. This could lead to a gas leak or fire.. It is important that you contact us straight away to arrange a free inspection and repair by a Gas Safe registered engineer.'
All sound great, we called but no answered or in forever queue or answered but got hung up straight away, tried to go to the website that they suggest in the letter, but the site was blocked by our pc and indicated that the site is not safe.

Is this a scam or ..? if anyone one knows please..

Statesman fusion 50w oven
I went to use my grill for the first time and found out the grill pan does not fit the grill slats on sides of grill at least 15cm to short in width so cant adjust height level of grill,much to low to grill toast,food.statesman ltd say its supposed to be like that but realy they supplied wrong grill pan size or production manufacturing desighn fault avoid,spend your money on something better

28/12/23 statesman fusion 50 oven.
I was going to use the grill for the first time and the grill pan does not fit the slides on side of grill,it is not wide enough at least 1cm short so i cant grill anything why?wrong grill pan,why,very disappointed.

Only just had fitted on Friday cooker went to use first time on the Saturday night oven door fell off in my hands phone company I purchased from they said down to new statesman I would not purchase there rubbish I really wish I had not bought from them

Bought a statesman washing machine in 2020 and bearings have gone. Avoid these machines at all cost. Expected to get longer than 3 years for price i paid for machine

We purchased a Statesman Hob in 2023. Then received a letter in August 2023. Due to a safety issue, a part needed to be replaced. It took until now for the problem to be rectified. Bearing in mind this was an urgent safety issue.

We also purchased an oven but have yet to use it. Concerned reading the other reviews on the oven. So will have to wait and see when we use it, In a weeks time

Will never purchase an item from Statesman again, nor would we recommend to family and friends.

Purchased statesman FD12PWE 3 months ago to replace previous different brand, I would never have another one. It doesn’t matter which program I use the dishes and cutlery are all soaking wet when they come out. They never feel hot at the end of a wash as previous dishwasher did, it’s as temperature has not been hot enough inside to dry the dishes. The soaking cutlery is particularly annoying as the cutlery box when lifted out soaks the kitchen unit too! Not impressed!
