The undercounter fridge that was delivered was faulty in that it had a high pitched whine. Lynn could not have been more helpful, making suggestions as to settings and asking me to ring her if it continued. It did and she arranged straight away for a replacement. When this arrived she phoned to see that all was well and that there were no problems. This was excellent service and many thanks to Lynn for her concern and actions - a great recommendation for the company.

Brilliant customer service! They were so helpful in sorting out the gas conversion kit for my Statesman hob and made the whole process really easy. A ring on our hob failed two months after purchase, so contacted the retailer, Automates of Paignton, who took details and got in touch with Statesman. Next day Lynn rang from Statesman to discuss the problem and said the hob would be replaced, which Automates duly fitted a few days later. All was very smooth and Lynn was very helpful and friendly. Both companies a pleasure to deal with.

I must say excellent service. They replied to my email promptly and arranged a replacement dryer within just a few days. The whole process was quick, straightforward and hassle-free. I’m very pleased with how efficiently everything was handled. Top company.

I have a washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave, and I’m really pleased with all of them. They all work brilliantly and have been very reliable. The customer service team has also been extremely helpful and always able to answer any questions I’ve had. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend them!

Excellent value machines, I have washers and driers, had I known they did other products would have bought them too. One small issue with a drier in many years of buying statesman. Customer service is second to none. I'm surprised by negative reviews as my experience has been nothing but good service over ? 15 years

Nice cooker. Budget though so don't expect everything to be as you want. 1/ the small ring pan support is poor. The center part makes small saucepans difficult to balance so be careful. It's an oven rack short. Only 2 supplied unless you use the one in upper oven. Which means you can't then use the grill ! Overall it cooks nice. But the grill is FEEBLE. Takes ages to toast anything. & It doesn't toast in the middle / front to rear. Reasonable safety features. Not bad for the money
