Received the wrong glasses. They were readers not my prescription. When I explained that they were not the correct glasses I was told to put them on in the morning and I would get use to them. I pointed out that these were readers (obvious because the lenses were quite thick). The lady in the lab coat looked at them and then reviewed the order. She realized the glasses were wrong and reordered the correct glasses. I waited and additional two weeks to pick up the correct ones. Attitude towards customers are a big concern when problems arise. Demanding that I take the wrong prescription glasses home and get use to them and refuse to listen to the customer when a problem occurs. I was taken aback by the rudeness and dismissive attitude that I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about.
The prescription was perfect and I did not need any adjustments, which is not always the case for me.
They seems to just be pushing people through. When I picked up my glasses the lady handed them to me and thats it didn't try adjusting them or nothing. I ended up going somewhere else to have them adjusted one pair fall off my head and the other dug into my head. It didn't happen immediately but I wasn't going back to have them do anything because it didn't seem like they knew too much the only thing that they did was do the exam and had to wait two weeks for my glasses and they never published anything about not having your glasses that day or anything like that they had false advertising.

My order arrived before the estimated time given & was to my satisfaction!
Overall, the experience was good. Ease of making the appointment in an acceptable time, staff willing to listen to patient, quantity of frames to select from, special offers, and reasonable processing time. It would be great if an optician could be instore at least part-time, even though the results of the exam are reviewed by one.

Nurka went above and beyond, she really wanted me to get the best prescription for my eyes.
The first sales person was rude and unhelpful. This was the third pair I received. That will be the last time I shop with you.

The team was friendly and they had no person there to make the glasses cause she had quit. I went in for my exam and my prescription ended up being wrong. I told them it was way off, they insisted I wear them it takes time to get used to a new prescription. I couldn’t even handle them for 10 min. Went back days later and had another exam by the manager and he said my prescription was way off. They fixed them took another 3 weeks for my glasses to come in and I still feel like they’re wrong. But I won’t be going back. I’ll be going back to eye mart express and I’ll compare my prescription. If it is a difference I’ll let them know.

My toddler snapped my glasses, and unfortunately I can't see without them. I spent 2 weeks doing everything to hold them together. Tape, glue, you name it. In those two weeks I kept calling my original eye office and nothing just vms going unattended. I then called other local offices in GP, and was told by a few places that they couldn't get me in for a while. I expanded my search to medford, came accross same day appointments mentioned online. When i called, they got me set up with an appoitment, sent directions to my email and went over some other questions i had. The staff was minimal but friendly. Especially given my toddler kept trying to touch equiptment and gave them a true toddler taradactle show they never thought they needed. They were patient as i looked through their glasses, talked through promotions and worked to get me the best price/deal possible. They were supper comunicative, i love the online tracking for the orders, and even apon returning to pick my glasses up they were super friendly. I think the only thing that caught my attention was they were talking about sales, future appointments, and how to reach their goals while I was there. Even then, it was very respectful and my conversations with them did not feel pushy.

They were not able to give an eye exam and our glasses were not ready in one day like the ad says. We are pleased with our glasses. We got the about a week after we ordered.

When I first got my new glasses prescription was so wrong could not see anything, wasn't even a blur was almost like someone else prescription they got sent back to remake. Just got them again prescription still wrong..was told ok we will do a new eye exam if glasses you receive then are still wrong our policy is for you to go to a different eye glass place....not hey we will get it right, nope go somewhere else ...like wtf??? I live remotely so is a hour drive to them and to just be told we will have you go somewhere else is so not good customer service like wtf???
