Refunds a joke
They are an absolute joke my father is due a refund of his own money an there saying his name is not the account holder being past around in circles I would highly tell people never to use them if you get ur meter change to a new one an if you have to get bck the money that was on the old meter good luck as a nightmare to get it back.

I was told I was issued a refund on the…
I was told I was issued a refund on the 10 Aug 2026 but I contacted them on the 18 Aug 2026 only to be told that the refund had been declined because 5 days had not passed since the the direct debit cleared. I wasn't informed of this on the day I requested the refund or notified when it was declined. Poor follow up and a lack of clarity.
