First time customer….Good people took care of me when I had a problem… then checked again to be sure order was correct and I was completely satisfied!! Have ordered from them 2 more times since with the same great results!!

Not a great experience. Specifically asked if all parts were in stock prior to pulling the trigger on the 950.00 purchase. Weeks went by before they shipped outta a Florida warehouse. And got 1 of 3 parts of the order first and zero information on the remaining pieces on my order. And missing hardware from what I can see. FedEx dragged the boxes across my rock landscape literally rt in front of me and dropped em at my door amd driver ran off as I was asking him questions.. frustrated and disappointed

I did receive my well packaged order in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it was defective from the manufacturer (that is why the rating is not a 5). I reached out and sent a video of the defect. They immediately started the return process by sending me a return label (I still gave a 4 because they responded so quickly). Shipped it back the same day and now waiting for them to receive, evaluate and ship me a new one.

They really suck with customer service. I have purchased many of products since I’m rebuilding six classics. I spun the wheel for my 10 percent off and when I didn’t get I called first thing this morning and I was told I was a day early and I didn’t read the small print. He said to me that a lot of people had the same complaint. So instead of giving me the 10 percent he said there was nothing he could do. So I cancelled the order and they want to charge me a handling fee. Well go ahead because you just lost a customer which I know they don’t care about. And by the way this is the third time that their customer service absolutely sucks. I’m moving on they don’t care about the customer.

Yours is the only company I deal with that.Does not send tracking info and updates. Last time I ordered from here , I had an item had to be returned due to shipping damage. It's order will need to do return due to item.Does not fit my vehicle.

My order was poorly packaged. I ordered a new grille stiffener (1969 Camaro) and when it arrived the box looked like it was smashed in order to fit the curve of the metal piece. When I opened it, the grille stiffener itself was bent to the side (where it should have been completely straight). I had to straighten it out using metal working tools, as I didn't have time to exchange for a new one because I wanted to get my car to the show a few days later. It ended up working out, but I feel that I shouldn't have had to fix my brand new item before I could use it on my car.

I received my order in a timely manner. Front windshield moulding fit well however the technician was not able to install it since the window clips did not fit properly. He told me they kept popping out. Thought the window clips I ordered were specific to my 77 Chevy Camaro Z28. Please send the correct clips at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
