I have a monthly subscription for bread. Always comes on time, no problems whatsoever & its the best low carb bread I've ever tasted ( after trying many ) extremely happy 😊

This wasn’t my first order from SRSLY Health, I have purchased and really liked their low carb produce. There was a slight hiccup/delay with this order but I contacted their customer service who rectified this and arranged for the items to be dispatched and I received them the next day.

I didn’t realise I had signed up to a subscription so received another order I didn’t want but that was probably me not being vigilant. The rolls were quite nice but unfortunately my husband and I didn’t like the bread. In our opinion, it’s more palatable toasted. Donated the unwanted bread to a friend who likes it.

I have no complaints about this company, the bread is lovely and we love the pizza and the carbs are low, I just wish we could purchase everything in the supermarkets because it's the postage that makes it so expensive.

I like the products
I like the products. Pizza not always available or wraps. When they arrive the Pizzas are often squashed into corner of box during transit so the toppings are all in a pile on the base. Also the bread is squashed and out of shape.

The products are fine and I will order again, but God this company is needy. Please review us, please review us, please review us. Sure, some criticisms:
1. Evri are often unreliable around my way so last delivery was delayed.
2. Needy, needy, needy. (See above.) Please send fewer emails.
3. The company's website is set up in such a way that it's all too easy accidentally to take out a subscription.
4. The biscuits are not only expensive, but always sold out.

SRSLY - bought the bundle, and a few extras, loved everything really - ready to make my next order. The only thing, but not a major one, i thought the loaf of bread and fruit loaf would be a little bit bigger, but other than that 👌👌

Brilliant customer service
The products are lovely - nice range and feels like a treat to be able to enjoy these foods without worrying about blood glucose spikes.

Firstly love the bread and it helps enormously with my diabetes. Bread is expensive but I probably understand why. What I don’t like is the subscription is automatic you have to scroll down for the one time only option I think this is a bit of a con to be honest. My needs changes every month so I much prefer to order when I need it. Other than that you are doing great job 👏

Great low carb alternative
I have been getting SRSLY products (on a subscription basis) for a while as a part of my low carb diet.
Pros:
- great and tasty alternative to bread - I order a variety of rolls, buns, seeded and white bread, wraps
- fast delivery
- loyalty scheme
- great communication - out of stocks, delays, etc - they also provide money off order if things don't arrive
Cons:
- toasted bread doesn't smell very nice - the whole family comments on this
- packaging could be better as a lot of times my breads come squashed
- subscription is not easily managed on my phone (S24+) - I'm unable to add one off order to my subscription
