And 100% of the time, everyone I've sent a care package to has not only been wowed by the contents but has also raved about the quality and taste of the soups, bread and cookies. Spoonful of Comfort is my go-to when it comes to providing an uplifting moment for friends or clients.

I’m truly bewildered by the 4.6 rating. I absolutely love spoonful of comfort and use them for every sympathy gift and more at work for our team of 40 employees. The entire experience is high-quality, including the delicious soup (chicken noodle is my go to) the roles and cookies as well are fantastic plus the cute little ladle that goes with the gift. And, there is a corporate rate which makes it even more attractive as a service to use to acknowledge things are employees face, and try to make sure they feel special and seen.

When we order a basket for our clients your company is very professional and efficient in getting the gift packaged and sent out to our clients. I really appreciate that since we have a problem sometimes with delays in service with other companies.

All of the food is incredible especially the chicken and rice soup, and the packaging is lovely. I’ve only ever had one problem with a delivery, and it was taken care of promptly! I am usually very complimentary about your service. However, in this instance, I must say I was quite disappointed. Not in the product (although I didn't see the deliver - I assume it was good) but in the communication leading up to delivery. I was lead to believe the gift would be delivered 5 days before it actually arrived. When I called to discuss this, the person I spoke with was very polite but didn't give me any hope it wouldn't happen again. I'm a long time customer and I'd suggest some notification to the gift grantor that delivery would be delayed vs what was initially stated. I understand we have little control over packages moving through the system, but we can control how we set expectations.

I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter who lives far away. I got a notice of a delivery issue from ups that the shipping label was lost in transit. When I contacted Spoonful of Comfort, they immediately issued a replacement order for overnight delivery.
This was a holiday weekend and when they saw I tried to contact them again (outside of business hours), they tried to get in touch with me to make sure everything was ok. They also told me exactly where the package was, in the apartment complex’s mail room, when we could not locate it.
On Monday, I had to call them, just to thank them for going above and beyond with this customer. I cannot recommend enough, to anyone who needs a great gift. I will definitely do business with them again!

I like the fact that we can double the order and choose the soup and cookie variety. All those that I have gifted have been very pleased.
