The quality was very good however their return policy is not. The sizing on the item I ordered was a bit off and was too small. The Halloween costume policy was buried below the return policy and was unclear that the item I ordered was store credit only on return. I reordered 2 sizes that are now both non returnable due to their "date deadline" so I'm out $750 total instead of $250 for the ONE costume. Their customer service hotline is only open for about 4 hours, M-F, but you must have the item postmarked within 5 DAYS (I forced them to verbally clarify, NOT business, 5 calendar days), so you'd better make sure that you can get a hold of them. I never got tracking or confirmation when either of my orders shipped, and tried to cancel my second order when I called in, that was how I even found out it had shipped. Good quality items but awful customer service and shipping policies

If I could rate this -0 I would. HORRIBLE COMPANY I placed an order on 9/18 for just a bra and panty set. I paid for expedited shipping HA! When I called for a status update I was told they would get it out soon??!!!!!! I received an email saying it was supposed to be delivered Monday, September 29. Well here it is, Thursday October 2 and still NO DELIVERY. I wouldn’t order from Spicy Lingerie if they were the only company left.

I tried on an item of clothing and it didn’t fit. I sent it back right away in its packaging and the return was denied. They claimed the item was worn and soiled. I wrote back challenging their story and have not gotten a reply.
I am a 69 year old woman who knows better than to scam a return (my conscience is far more important than money) I subsequently read reviews on Reddit and Facebook that confirm the sketchy return system of this company so I believe Trust Pilot needs to do more due diligence. I am out almost $200 for trusting them to stand behind their return policy. They don’t deserve even one star as far as I am concerned.

Do not shop with this store!!! Spent over 400 dollars on costumes and lingerie. When the packages arrived there were items missing. After talking to their customer service, I was told that it was not their problem. Very terrible customer service. Again stay away from this online store.

I ordered a costume in early June and it never arrived. The tracking said it did, but it never got to my house. When I contacted the company they told me to contact the post office, and when I contacted the post office they told me to contact the company. Anyways it’s been two months and I paid 70$ for a costume that never showed up. This company and their customer service is a scam, do not spend your money here.

They clothes are not as advertised, ridiculously poor quality. I ordered a 'dress' that was actually made of stocking material filled with runs straight out of the package. The company says you can return but then makes it really hard and refuses to refund claiming that you wore the items.

Bought a costume from here and the return policy stated it could be returned if bought in August. There was no disclosure regarding this item being a clearance item. They would not return the item. The costume was trash and didn't look anything like the photos.

Do not buy from this website if you need something delivered quickly! Orders take 2-4 days MINIMUM to be fulfilled and shipped. Paying for anything "express" is a joke and you cannot cancel your order if it doesn't ship out in a timely manner because they only allow you to cancel for the first 8 hours after the order is placed.

I ordered a bra and panty set but only for the bra. The bra was too small so I sent the set back. I never took the panties out if the package. My return got rejected for body fluids on the panties. First if all, ew. Second, not my fluids but return rejected even after explaining that I did not remove the panties from the package. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

First time ordering this site sucks so bad! You order they charge you, and nothing. After 2 weeks im getting upset I inquire about my order terrible management. I find out my order is on a back order for 2 to 4 weeks possibly longer. Why charge before you know you have the supply? Look if you trying to buy from here to actually receive a order DO NOT ORDER! 1 star is generous find a real lingerie shop or do your research.

Ordered a corset & a chemise at the same time. It took 9 days for the corset to arrive (not a big deal but pertinent). The chemise order was canceled by the company without any communication. I still don't know why it was canceled. I went out of town for 2 weeks before the corset was delivered. It was delivered to my house-sitter. I tried the corset on the day after returning home. A grommet fell out/off while trying it on and the top of the corset does not provide any support as it folds over. Spicy Lingerie will not allow me to return it. I would be ok with store credit as I had other things I would like to order but I cannot return it at all. They will not accept the return. If I had returned it because it didn't fit, I had 30 days to return it. But since it fell apart, I had to contact them within 7 days. Terrible customer service & policies.

The carry lost my package, spicy lingerie stated since they shipped it out on time not their problem, so I have no lingerie and out money

Followed return policy and they said items cannot be returned. How do you know if it fits without trying it on?
They claim easy return or exchange policy but will not even talk to you.
Only wanted to return part of the order.
Will never purchase from them again.

New dress was to small and when we ask to exchange it they said it was on clearance cause of 2 letters in front of the order number but the dress is still up for sale in all sizes and no such number appears on the site as their order number, just their way of not having to return it, they probably stick those numbers in front of all of their orders, last time of getting any of of our money. Buyer beware

Easy to locate items. Items are always prettier when I receive them and the quality is great. Except some popular sold out items make me sad not able to get them.

I purchased two costumes from this store, and the quality was absolutely terrible. One of the costumes even arrived with the underwear unstitched on the side. I returned all the items, including the accessories, without even opening their packaging. I followed all the deadlines and returned everything in its original packaging.

However, the store claimed the item was used and refused to refund my money. I would never wear something of such poor quality. This company acts in bad faith to avoid processing refunds.

An unorganized and poorly run company. Shipping times are long and unpredictable and customer service poor

I have ordered many items from here. However, the last order I payed for 2 days shipping and received the item more than 10 days later. Ordered an item on the 20th of December payed for 2 day air so it would get here by the 29th. As of today the 27th has not shipped. Has quality items if you can wait 2 to three weeks for them.

Ordered three sets of lingerie from them and received two of the three with a note saying they would deliver the third. After a few weeks of 0 updates, I reached out on their customer service line and asked about the status. They responded back with

“ We apologize for any inconvenience you have encountered.
Please note that this has been voided/cancelled as it has been 29 days now since your order was placed. PayPal does have a policy in place that does not allow us to process payment after 29 days. You are welcome to reorder the item at any time if you still wish to receive it.”

I would highly suggest ordering elsewhere. Delivery took much longer than I expected, lingerie was not accurately sized, material was cheap, and customer service is non existent.
