They took almost a week to mail my EXPEDITED order! I paid extra and still got it too late. I do not recommend them. Customer service was rude and refused to help get me my order faster.

I love my new corset! Rather expensive, but it's perfect. It took a little too long for the order to go through, but once it was out for delivery, I got it within 2 days. So overall, I'm pretty satisfied.

Returns are for STORE CREDIT "ONLY" on certain items. I found this out after returning items and do not like this policy.

I will just order from YANDY.COM in the future. They have always given me full refunds.

Purchased the priority shipping back Sept 23rd it is now Sept 29th. Was told that priority only guarantee is that after they ship it and not before. So if it takes 2 months for them to ship it you wasted your money on priority shipping.

They show 2-3 day and overnight shipping when you order. You pay for that but they don't ship for up to 7 days. They don't really tell you that and they hide behind a phrase " when it leaves our warehouse." Be aware when you buy.

I ordered on August 25, 2022. It is now September 6, 2022 and package has not even been shipped yet. Nothing shows special order items and I was already charged for full amount so nothing is on back order. I ordered a few weeks in advance of my trip thinking I would have these items but clearly they don’t follow their own processing times and do whatever they want. Shady business practices. I will shop at Yandy from now on since you get your items within a week of purchasing. They have no issue taking my money immediately but can deliver when promised.

First off, here's a clue these are scam artists
1: Ontario is in Canada not the U.S

2: The package they sent me was still new and the package itself was new but busted AF and poor.
If you've ever owned a pair of any type of Pleaser shoe then you know that they only make quality and only from quality 100% vegan materials. The soles weren't even sanded a bit and scored at all.. that's how I now know Spicy Lingerie will sell you fake items. I'm not even gonna press them for a refund, their broke **ses need a punitive $50 more.

Bought a bra and pantie set for my fiancee based upon a pic at their online store We were both excited until they arrived/ The quality of the material was absolutely atrocious. The workmanship looked like it was sewn by
an 8 year old , Considering the fact that lingerie cannot be returned and the prices they charge, the only conclusion that can be drawn is that they are deceiving the consumer on purpose.

Terrible. Takes them 10 business days to ship a package!

This was my first time buying on the website. I decided to make a purchase back in November 2021 for some robes. These were intended for my bridesmaid for my wedding in 2022. It is now February 2022 and I have yet to receive my full order. I have emailed and called customer service and there is still no ETA. Also, after 16 weeks if they haven’t sent the rest my pending order they will just cancel it. So if you have a special event coming up take into consideration that you might not get your order in full. It’s quite the inconvenience. In my case I will have to repurchase all the robes somewhere else so they can match. I hope no one else has to experience the same.

Ordered for Valentine's Day on the second. A week goes by and it still hasn't even been processed so they couldn't get me my order in time. What a joke. Complete waste of time. Make sure you are willing to wait 3 weeks to get your stuff.

Me and my wife needed her to have the lingerie for an event within a week. I chose 2-3 day shipping, and they don’t tell you that it takes 2-4 days for them to process the order first. So I wasted money on shipping, and the order won’t be here on time. They don’t move at a fast pace by any means.

Don’t waste your time ordering. The shipment takes forever and the quality is sub par. I decided to order from Honey Birdette. The lingerie is beautiful and made well.

Loved the product the first time I ordered and I continued to order. Last January I ordered a whole bunch and received one item 3 weeks later and was told the rest was out of stock. I chalked it up to it being Valentines day. I recently ordered again and paid for extra fast shipping and got 1 thing once again 2 weeks later and was notified the same day it was out of stock. As much as I do love the product the service is not good and I will no longer be shopping there.

They were very nice and the lingerie is extremely sexy. I love it.

These guys are complete crooks and couldn't care less about good customer service or being fair and honest with a customer. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter and after one day of normal walking (no marathon, no mountain climbing, no long walks in the woods just wearing them around the house and visit a friend and the strap broke. Spicy Lingerie's response for my request for replacement or refund was to tell me "to go pound rocks." The "Customer service rep" had me send pictures and an explanation but when they responded they were curt and rude and said well it was worn and its been too long. Apparently once you buy something you have two days from receipt to return it and only then if you don't try it on. They couldn't have cared less that the shoes didn't last for two wears and they told me tough luck and I should go bother the manufacturer if i wasn't happy (i am not). No effort to work with me, no attempt to be accountable for a shoddy product that didn't perform within reasonable expectations, a product that failed to fulfill the basic warranty of fitness for use. Their lack of customer service, lack of ethics, lack of quality makes me want to give them a negative number but apparently 1 star is as low as i can go. Beware the low life's of spicy lingerie, Inc. They just want your money not to deliver a fair product - $46+ dollars for two wears is not reasonable but being treated like dirt and dismissed rudely and curtly by "customer service" is not reasonable.
