When order for several items was placed I received no notification of some of the items being out of stock and back ordered. I was only told this when I received only a portion of the order. After waiting almost 6 weeks after the order was originally placed I requested to cancel the remaining items. I was advised that one was back in stock and had already been processed for shipping. A week later and I still have no shipping confirmation for that item. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware. I will never do business with them again.

Every single transaction has been a good experience. The cloth looks just like in the picture, and the quality has been so good. The fabric is nice, and the size is perfect and everything is crafted very carefully. Its encouraging to have a brand that has been delivering HIGH-Quality every time.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this brand for the past four years. I absolutely love it. I’ve become so hooked that SPICY IS the only place I shop for sexy stuff. The colors, fabrics, and designs are incredible. I always try to recommend the brand to others and even give Spicy gifts to friends I know, who usually end up loving it just as much as I do.

De website werkt prettig en is overzichtelijk opgebouwd. Het plaatsen van een opdracht was eenvoudig en ik ontving binnen korte tijd meerdere reacties van freelancers. Het hele proces verliep soepel en duidelijk. Op sommige momenten had de communicatie iets sneller gemogen, maar over het algemeen ben ik tevreden met de ervaring. Daarom geef ik met vertrouwen 4 sterren.

The return policy is awful. Don’t believe the website as it states “ easy returns”. I haven’t ever tried buying lingerie online and since it said “ easy returns “ I would try it. I was wanting the lingerie for my birthday trip. I got the corset ( which apparently only has a five day return window) and it is not user friendly. I also got a maid costume. The maid costume was returnable for store credit only. All this is within 7 days of it being delivered. Why would I want store credit when I didn’t like the first products I got!! Hard lesson learned! I will never buy anything from spicy lingerie again or any online lingerie website !

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful shipping/customer service. I ordered two items two weeks ago, followed up a week later via email to see if the items had shipped — no response. Sent another email the next day only to receive a very curt response “it takes anywhere from 2 to 4 to 7 days to ship”.

A few days later, I reached out again, this time by telephone, only to hear someone say “oh, one of the items in your order is on back order”. OK, what about the item that’s in stock? “oh that will ship out today”, we’ll send you the tracking information”. Of course no tracking information arrived. I sent an email, no response. Called during business hours, no one answered the phone. This is a disgusting way to treat people who are spending money your store. You just lost a good customer.

Worst customer service ever. Screwed my order up bad. Returned an item that was never worn in the original bag it came in and they actually kept the item and refused my refund. It was brand new! Guaranteed they will just resell it. They ignored my emails and were rude on the phone. Also, very cheap made products! Terrible

Never purchased from them or interacted in any way, but get spammed with 2 emails from them every day. Unsubscribe doesn't work. Emailing asking to stop doesn't work.

Edit: And now they are asking me for my full name and phone number through trustpilot. Yeah right.

Unauthorized transaction by this company to my card. Contacted them 5 days ago and was told they were reaching out the “proper department” to try to cancel the transaction. Followed up and still no response and the charge hasn’t been cancelled. Clearly a shitty company drop-shipping plastic bullshit lingerie from China.

Ordered a baby doll for wife before Christmas said shipped on 1/15/2026 never received did trace at post office the report was never shipped from shipper buyers beware

Buyer Beware:
They obvi have false reviews on Google. I was attempting to leave one there to bring their 5 star rating down (likely posted by bots), but was unable to.

I purchased a size “small” corset on sale, that was clearly NOT a small, or perhaps their charts run excessively LARGE. Was unable to return due to their policies on purchasing sales items. Lesson learned.

The item itself is cheaply made and not sized appropriately. Very wide for a “small” frame size. I could’ve purchased the same thing from Temu for $5.

Do not order from them. It’s a scam. Terrible customer service and no reply to items not sent. Delivery takes weeks and months. Beware of the scam

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered 3 items right before Christmas. 1 item shipped immediately, no email, text or phone call regarding the status of the other 2 items. Assuming they were out of stock and wouldn't be shipped, I ordered the other 2 items from another place. Mid January I received a second item from Spicy Lingerie, however, it was not the item that I ordered. I returned it with tracking and they received it but its been over a week at this point and no refund. I contacted them and was told it takes 4 to 5 days to process a refund. They received the item back on January 20th, still no refund.

I purchased a corset from them after carefully reading their return policy. Their policy states that clearance items and a certain list of items like teddies and panties cannot be returned for health reasons. The item I purchased was called "sale" and dd not say clearance anywhere, but when I went to return it they said it cannot be returned very disappointing. I would have never bought an item that I may not be able to return in case it didn't fit.

⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would.
This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter four days before Halloween and paid extra for overnight shipping. Not only did it not arrive on time, it never shipped at all.

When I called the day after placing the order, they told me “Don’t worry, it’s going to ship soon.” It never did. When I called the day before Halloween to cancel, the representative told me “too bad” and refused to refund me, even though the order hadn’t even left their warehouse. She claimed it was a “specialty item” from a “third-party vendor” and said there were no returns ,despite the fact that they hadn’t shipped anything and they still had the item.

She was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I finally had to go through my credit card company to get my money back, because Spicy Lingerie wouldn’t do the right thing. It’s now November and the item still hasn’t shipped. What a joke. Glad I at least got my money back through my CC company but they had absolutely no intention of helping me at all and didnt care even one bit or keep me informed on anything. The absolute worst!

This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and should be avoided at all costs. Do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else.
