One word ..... terrible . I should have left feedback last year but I couldn’t find this rubbish company on here . Read everybody else’s feedback and you’ll get my drift . Rubbish !!!!!
Ordered on just eat & it arrived 20mins…
Ordered on just eat & it arrived 20mins late & had delivered someone else’s order to me. It took me 45mins to get through on the phone to the restaurant with it being engaged or ringing constantly. When they finally answered they didn’t even apologise & said in a tone ‘what do you want us to do about it’ I asked them to redo the order & they asked for the wrong order to go back to them. They even hung up before I had finished talking to them. In total I waited 1hr 45mins for my order. When it was delivered it was again cold & it was very bland. I will not be ordering from here again, poor service & bland food.

Very poor customer service.
Only interested in taking money rather than providing good, honest service. I never received my parcel due to an issue with the courier. Spices of India would only refund me less than half of what I paid despite never receiving the order.
Extremely difficult to get in contact with. Definitely avoid this company.
They appear to be fraudulant
I placed an order and immediately they increased the delivery charges by £10 without permission. I rang them - nobody answers, it's just a message to visit the website. I emailed them at an email provided by PayPal (sales@........) but the email is undeliverable as the domain does not exist. I filled in their online form - no reply! PayPal had already paid them (but did refund the £10 overcharge) and are not being helpful. I seem to have been ripped off. Don't buy from here without checking whether you can actually find a way to contact them.

Paid for express delivery and received the item 2.5 weeks later. They ignored emails asking for a refund of the extra fee I paid for express delivery. Horrible company. Hope they go bust. Go to taste of india (spices) on ebay for amazing spices and service.

They send wrong products, and ask for email and then simply reply saying manufacturer changed packaging, now they wont reply to my emails or pick up my call.
After 19 calls the rudest, most arrogant man who claimed everyone is on lunch started to take the pi** saying you only spend a few quid.. (thank god i didn't order the 100 packets, but 1 sample first).
It's disgusting service.

Product supplied 13 months after best before date expired
In keeping with 82% of the reviews on this site, my experience with this company was terrible. My interaction with them about out of date products based on best before dates has been going on for nearly a year. My product arrived in September 2019 with a best before date of August 2018. I took photo to prove the BB date was over a year ago and complained. After several months I received the following response from Sarah which I consider very rude and a similar response from Bill:
"Er, hang on, you ordered, you got what you ordered, please explain?"

I am very disappointed that this company failed to refund my purchase. My experience would suggest this is a high risk company to use and could lead to customers suffering poor quality or possibly illness due to out of date products based on best before dates.
Don't use this company
I put in quite a big order and at least 50% of the products were out of date. Some were 5 or 6 months out. Some have no date on the packet or the date is scratched off, so my assumption is that these are out aswell. After asking for a refund they replied saying that they were best before dates not use by so they wouldn't refund my money.
I replied again saying that I know best before dates are still mostly edible but they should tell me what I'm buying or reduce the price before buying! Or tell me the date on the product is completely unreadable! I wouldn't have bought any of them. As it stood, the products were completely discoloured so I didn't use them and wasted my money. Never again.
Another seamless transaction
Another seamless transaction! Placed my order on Wednesday afternoon, goods arrived Thursday morning all correct and perfectly packed. Still serious out-of-stock problems but cannot fault service.
This company should give up!
This company should give up and, maybe open a restaurant. They never have stock of two thirds of the items on their web site, respond badly and rudely to enquiries and fail to understand the basics of online selling.
Don't litter your inbox by subscribing to their emails or marketing.
I dread to think what their delivery and product quality is like. Mercifully I have never been able to find enough items 'in stock' in to be able to place an order!

Phew…………….. It finally arrived. …..Hurraaaah!!!!!! A parcel of indian groceries I thought was a goner.
I put the order in on the 23rd April. A prompt email arrives listing my order. A further email from Parcel post giving me a tracking no. Then………………... Silence.
I waited one day, two days……. The days went by. NO COMMUNICATION. I tracked the parcel … not in transit as yet.
Then I read the reviews that all you lovely people have written, I thought “ I too am a victim of this company”. I sent several very polite emails to the company – NO replies.
It was now May and well into the second week when hey presto on the 12th , I received this call from this lady with a charming voice. It was Spices of India. Shewas very polite, apologized and said she had seen my email by chance and that my order would be sent bar two items that they did not have. I would be refunded for these items.
The next day I got this neat little box. Exactly what I had ordered. On the 27th I got an email saying the refund was sent. Today (19th June ) I found that the refund of 16.90 had been credited to my bank on the 2nd June.
I am happy I got my stuff and I was refunded for the items I did not receive.
Can't order anything. Waste of time.
Unable to order anything on their website for the last few months. Despite items showing as in stock, when I add the item to basket it says: "We are sorry, the combination you selected is unavailable at present due to Components being out of stock". I mean EVERYTHING I try to order does this and has done so for months now. My "Contact Us" queries about this are ignored, so my custom is obviously unimportant. Therefore I am giving up using this company for good. Other reviews seem to agree that this company has gone to the dogs.

Unusable products- straight to the bin
I ordered 30 cans of coconut milk, arrived on time but it is all rancid. They all have expiry date in 2 weeks, which normally i don’t consider to be an issue as long as the product is good, but not in this case. They don’t care about the law and consumers’ rights. I asked for return and refund but they refused. I wish there was a way to get the money back. 50 pounds is gone

Today I met the proprietor Bill and his wife. All previous problems I had were due to Parcel Force returning to them my order with advice that there was no such address. The order was there waiting for me, complete and with pleasant smiles, great customer service and I will now return to them with my spice orders. Thank you both.

DO NOT USE. I placed an order on thier web site and only recieved half of my order. I have tried to obtain a refund for goods not sent with no responce. They do not reply to email. I wish I had checked thier rating before placing order, if I had there is no way I would have dealt with this company.
