Quick service, great communication, fair prices, and functional app

I appreciated that my LaundryPro Johnathan was timely and communicative beyond what he needed to be as I was new to the app. My laundry was back the next day with no issues, cleaned well, and folded immaculately. I will definitely be using this service again.

My laundry “pro” did not separate my lights from darks and my white clothes were ruined. When I reached out to Poplin they offered me $10 in credit to cover over $100 in damages even though their policy says my order is protected up to $1,000. They offered no reason as to why my clothes weren’t separated and said they couldn’t “prove” my laundry pro did the damage… don’t use this service.

Ease of use. Dropped my dirty clothes in trash bags on my porch and showed up next day clean, folded and organized!

Tlfiest my jeans n jersey came up missing then I was overcharged, they shrunk my clothes n they want me to buy my clothes to replace what they messed n then they will reimburse me, idint trust them. They did not disclose the fact that they don't give tefindsortgst they do t have insurance for customers it's just poplin they take the claim read it decide what to do n then do nothing. Terrible place I will never use them again

Poplin has ended my laundry wars, not having transportation to get to the laundry mat I was stuck using the terrible working units on my apartment site the machines take forever and other tenants will take ur clothes out to use the machines even when they are still in use, I found myself having to stay in the laundry room to guard my apparel even catching people in the act of interrupting other cycles which caused issues and arguments it was a battle every weekend. I needed a change and I was very happy to see that poplin was available in my area I did about 2 weeks of research before trying it because I had never used a laundry service before the app was very helpful and answered all my questions especially the chat service I was impressed at the hang dry options and next day service so I decided to give it a try and I was very impressed everything got returned in the time frame it said it would and I wasn’t expecting for the hang dry clothes to actually be dry the packaging was organized and folded beautifully much better than I fold I felt like a princess the way my underwear were folded! It took away the anxiety I was dealing with away and was very convenient definitely give poplin a try you will feel like royalty! #poplinchangedmylife

I love how convenient and affordable Poplin is. My laundry pros are always so professional and talented. I have never seen such beautifully folded clothes and sheets. It feels like such a special treat when I receive my laundry back, I look forward to it every time. I like that I can pick the same preferred laundry pros if I want to, and I love the selection of add ons. The only thing I wish is that there were more scent options.

The service was great. I put dirty laundry out and a nice lady picked it up. The next day a nice lady dropped it off. I received clean and folded clothes. I just had to put it away and voila all done.

As a full time teacher, single parent of two with different needs, I am always playing catch up with laundry.
