Help was great and app the easy to understand

As a trader i do not recommend this service to anyone. Complete scam.

Been trying to close my account since February and each time been told my ‘accounts manager’ will be in contact and never heard anything back apart from a call every now and then that will run for 5/10 seconds and then magically the call will drop and wont hear anything back.

When you try and phone you wont get through to anyone

Charge ridiculous prices for fake service calls that are supposedly exclusive but once you actually contact the customer they either have no idea who spetz are and dont need any work completing or they've already recieved a call from a different spetz client

Very bad service
I have subscribed to a monthly£82 plan and we have not received any customers
At first tell us that we will receive 3to 5 customers daily
We have received only two clients in two months.
And when I call thim the didn't answer and didn't back to me

Some sort of scam. Suddenly started receiving unsolicited calls and texts in quick succession sending peoples phone numbers via txt and calls linking me with a 'customer' who was completely unaware of the call. Never dealt with or spoken with the company so unaware how my number was targeted.

Unbelievable but after taking money from my account whiteout my permission I’ve closed my account after dozens of calls to customer services .today guess what someone from spetz called me to see if I like to rejoin the scamming platform because they have still my details . I requested to delete all my details previously but they haven’t .
Do not join or give your card details to this people , tank me later .
Look at the reviews from real trades men .

As a trader I have received unverified and fake contacts for customers. After I called to some of them they did not know spetz and were annoyed I called.
Around 100 pound spent for nothing. I do not recommend.

Great customer service. Really taught me everything you need to know.

I have been in conversation with a woman called Melissa, who is the account manager at Spetz. She is a liar. They have misled me with false information, and stolen $167 of my money for no reason. Now, just like scam baiters, they are trying to compel / intimidate me into paying them even more for no service whatsoever. I paid $74.36 on the 8th August. Same day, Melissa persuaded me to pay another $167 for a further 8 job leads within the following month. Made some money. Paid another $166.63 on the 8th September. 3 days later Melissa said if I pay another $334, total of $500 approximately, I will get 26 job leads. I paid, but only got 18 for the month. And that only came after sending multiple requests stating that I am not receiving enough job leads, and I was forced to expand my service area from 20kms upto 30 kms radius. I didn't like that. I didn’t make much money, and decided to go back to just 8 leads per month only for $167. Paid another $167. After they received that money, I then got told I won’t be given any job leads at all, unless I pay another $333 on top of the $167 already paid. They have taken $167 from me, and are refusing to offer any service at all now. I did a funds transfer. I got an email showing I have signed up to a use now, pay later scheme, which is not true. Now they are telling me I signed up to a 12 months package deal. That is not true also. They are also telling me if I want to cancel I have to pay them $450. FOR NOTHING

I have proof to show Spetz have taken my money and offered nothing in return. I need an email to forward that to anyone who wishes to see.
A complaint has been lodged with Fair Trading.
Spetz claim to have an address at 35 Ballards Lane, London. But there is no Spetz at this address. It is a Tesco store. Just another big LIE.

DO NOT USE SPETZ!
Absolute rip off.
Not a single job for over 18 months or at all!
But still take money from my account and wont refund remaining funds.
Other similar sites I would get a few jobs a week.
With Spetz, nothing!

Please people read the reviews on this company. The real ones, Not reviews people who work for the “company” have written themselves.

They are total scammers, And they try to use the DCBL to pressure you into paying them even if you havnt used their services! And the woman you speak to on the phone is lying to you and knows how to play it. You will get stringed along and lied to, Please avoid this company for your own sake.
