Don't ever use this app ..they took £800 a month for 2 months and gave me one cleaning job

They assured me that they was working on it so I got work ....After paying 1600 I got no results....waste of money

Stop wasting your money on spetz

I asked for an electrician and they connected me with a flooring specialist instead who was pretending to be an electrician. I paid him 100 to come and he was unable to change the thermostat and what’s more he caused a short fuse and broke the thermostat he was supposed to install. Even though I asked for an electrician and they connected me with someone claiming to be an electrician Spetz said they were not responsible either for the amount of money I gave the individual or the further damage he caused to my flat. Spetz have had a few of my reviews removed so I am attaching email correspondence. If I ever find this review removed again I will upload multiple more reviews. I have also made my picture on trustpilot an email response from Spetz to me about this issue so if the company still cant find a record of it just look at my profile picture

Spetz’s service is utterly deplorable and warrants a rating below one star, if such an option existed. I was subjected to four fraudulent calls, each falsely represented as legitimate, resulting in charges totaling approximately £200 for no services rendered. Upon presenting irrefutable evidence of the calls’ fraudulent nature, Spetz disclaimed any responsibility, stating they are not accountable for their customers’ actions—an unacceptable and evasive response. Notably, one call, purportedly for painting and decorating services, originated from an entity in India, yet Spetz imposed a £50 charge for this sham. This conduct suggests gross negligence and a disregard for consumer rights, bordering on deceptive business practices. I strongly advise against engaging with this utterly reprehensible company.

A representative from Spetz contacted my company well over a year ago to purchase $500 in preloaded leads. After all this time, no leads have been provided, You would think that this would be grounds for a $500 refund but no one at Spetz will answer any correspondence from my company.

I recently used Spetz through their site spetz.co.uk and had a mostly positive experience. Cherry from their team was particularly helpful, providing insightful service tailored to my needs. I appreciated the buy now, pay later option which offered flexibility. The app itself was user-friendly, and the service crew was generally supportive. While I found some negative feedback online regarding their lead charges, I encountered no issues with unexpected costs. The incentive offerings and absence of a lock-in contract were definite pluses for me. Overall, my experience was mostly positive, though it’s always wise to stay alert. Four stars.

If your a tradesman beware of this company, They send you fake leads and then charge you exorbitant amounts for those leads. Because of this I rang them just under a year ago and asked them to remove me from their system and that I'd like to cancel the service. Come July 2024 they re activate my account, unknown to me, they send me a SMS with a lead (Which I did not follow up with) and then charge my credit card. Coincidence or not my credit card was also expiring in July. Last chance they had to get more money out of me. I called them to complain and they would not refund the money they stole from me. NOTE: Your never really removed from their system and there a lots of similar reviews like mine.

The App has worked well so far and the service crew has been helpful and supportive. Paul

Great aqq easy to use

Scam company. Do not trust this company. They promise you the world, and then send you a few scam numbers which they charge you almost $100 for each phone call, when they spoke to me on the phone hey said it will be $17 dollars. Then when I got a few so called "LEADS" THEY PUT SO MANY SURCHARGERS ON IT. ITS A JOKE. I have told them to take me of there system. Then this morning they take 135 dollars it. This company are criminals and thief's. Stealing of hardworking people. I would not go near this company. This is a warning for everyone. Do not trust them at all. Not to mention they call you and hastle you on a weekly basis. And hey don't take no for a answer. I will be calling me bank today to let them know about this criminal "COMPONY"

She also carefully considered my circumstances and took these into consideration. I also appreciate that I can do a buy now pay later option. Which allows me to trial this service. I have used hi pages in the past for my business & Spetz actually offer more incentives with their service, and there is no lock in contract which is perfect!

Don't trust this company! They're a scam business! Very sweet in the beginning and will call you 5 times a day to help get you work. By Caroline, Jade or Michael. Afterwards they will send you an email saying you owe them money!! £100
But if you try to get in touch and query the charge, Nobody pics up the phone. Just ringing ringing ringing!!! They block your number.. Then send a debt collection agency telling you, you owe them £490!! Which they will force you to pay regardless!
Btw their registered address is just their Accountants office!! They're Ghosts 👻 so you can't even physically see or speak to a human.

This company is a scam. They make you pay more than $50 for a mobile number of a ramdom person whom you know nothing about what they want. And charge you the money for nothing in return. They keep pushing you to get active so that they can charge you for nothing.
