Thanks for your feedback, one of the key benefits of using Spetz is that most of the requests you will receive will be Exclusive Calls, meaning you are the only one to speak to the customer at the time they have requested for your services, so no need for bidding wars with others or worrying about 5-10 other service providers fighting for the same job.

If the customer is waiting to hear from you and they don't get a timely response, they do have the option to request to hear other offers, and it's their choice who they decide to go with.

With Spetz there are no monthly fees or any commissions taken on the jobs you close, you only pay a small amount for each opportunity you have requested to receive.
