We bought the Alure sofa in Emerald Green and we’re very happy with the sofa as well as the entire process. The sofa arrived within a few weeks of ordering it and the delivery provider was on time and very professional. The sofa is solid, high quality and relatively easy to assemble with two people. Superb sofa bed product!
The purchasing experience was very smooth and the delivery was faster than I expected. Everything was organized and assembling the sofa was a breeze. The sofa is firm but comfortable and it converts to a bed easily. The yellow/gold color for the sofa turned out even better in person!

It was easy to order. I even had an issue with the shipping charges not calculating correctly on the website, but Spaze made it right and sent me an invoice via email to get the right shipping rate and all available discounts. Delivery times were well communicated and the team that arrived was professional and made sure everything was set up just as I asked.

Purchasing my Spaze sofa bed was…surprisingly excellent
Purchasing my Spaze sofa bed was relatively routine. I received it in a timely manner. A couple days ago a friend visited and she was my first guest to sleep on the mattress. Because I didn't think I'd need the foam top mattress the company sells for my sofa bed, my friend found the sofa bed uncomfortable. I logged onto the website and ordered the foam top mattress. To my surprise, the company emailed saying that because I ordered the sofa bed within the past several weeks they were willing to bundle the foam top mattress at no cost and refunded my purchase of the foam top mattress.

Our experience was all good
Our experience was all good! Our order arrived quickly with a smooth delivery. All of the up-front information was very helpful regarding measurements and what to expect. We still haven't slept in our new loveseat, but it's comfortable for sitting and looks great in our made-over guest room.

What a great product
The response to emails was back and forth were quick and met my needs. You have been so easy to deal with. The Alna Sleeper chair is very well constructed and is incredibly easy to make it into a bed in a matter of seconds. We got the mattress as well which gave it extra cushion. I’m extremely impressed with it. I have been telling people about this chair.

Great product, some issues with instructions
Quality of the product is terrific. Had problems with holes in fabric not matching up with bolt holes. Took some twisting and turning. Would have appreciated an instructional video somewhere online that illustrates how to work around this.

Very nice and well made furniture: shipping is frustrating
My order was placed on May 5th and the only thing I have received as of May 23rd has been emails with excuses for continuing delays in the items being shipped. Calling them has resulted in promises of further delays in shipping and a refund of the shipping charges plus promises of free assembly IF I ever receive the furniture. As things stand now I probably won’t have the furniture until mid June IF EVER! And this was for furniture that was in stock at the time the order was placed!
UPDATE
The order was finally delivered on June 11th. The delivery team was polite and efficient, but quickly got out of here with no mention of assembly (that was part of the “we want to make it right”). The no assembly was no big deal as we actually wanted to do it ourselves.
As far as the assembly goes, it wasn’t too complicated (definitely NOT worth paying someone to do). The Alna chair and the Ardina sofa bed seem to be well made and were reasonably easy to assemble. They are also comfortable to sit on.
The Apollo coffee/dining table is quite sturdy and very useful as a coffee table. As far as a dining table is concerned, the lift mechanism is EXTREMELY stiff. It takes both of us to raise it, and we have to stand on the legs to hold the table down to accomplish that. Opening it up completely and refolding the top is tricky due to no way to do it without being in danger of smashing your fingers. Bottom line is it’s a great idea and concept that wasn’t very well executed and tested before marketing.
I updated my rating to 4 stars from 1 due to the quality of the product. A more accurate estimate of shipping would have been helpful.
SECOND UPDATE:
Regarding the Apollo coffee/dining table: after working with it by lifting it several times over the weekend the mechanism is beginning to be significantly less stiff and can now be opened by myself without struggling and my very petite wife (108#) is able to open it with some struggle. We expect it to continue to loosen up eventually.
