Spa-Migo Hot Tub Covers Bewertungen

Very light and doesn't absorb moisture. I like it!

Great customer service. Measurements were confirmed prior to finalizing the order. Delivery was efficient. The cover looks to be great quality and was easy to roll up and back to use.

I found Spa-Migo’s website very easy to determine what size of replacement hot tub cover to get. It was simple, easy and came fairly quickly. The quality of the cover was excellent. I would order from them again.

So far the product has been perfect. No complaints

Easy to work with during the design phase and the product arrived as expected. Well packaged and fit perfectly

The hot tub lid is perfect. Just as ordered and as good or better than the original. It was delivered in perfect condition by a professional delivery man. I expect it to last many years.

Accurate online info
Phone operators spoke English intelligibly
Canadian business
Cover completion and shipping was as promised
Cover showed up and was as ordered.
Worst part about the whole experience was slicing up all the cardboard for the recycle bin 😊

Processus d’achat facile, livraison sans tracas et couvercle de très grande qualité

Cover was delivered quickly but not as ordered. The cover didn’t have the lift plates that I paid for. I was requested by customer service to remove the cover from both cores and take pictures to verify. Upon taking pictures it was observed that the membrane was not sealed in a number of places. Customer service is very polite and quick to respond but unable to answer questions of how long it would take to correct. After 7 weeks I now have the replacement cores with lift plates. Additional butyl tape had to be added to the new cores because the tape closures were open in areas.
Interestingly the cover packaging says Prestige Spa Covers out of Florida that has very poor reviews. Per the internet this company has been taken over by another company. The last cover I purchased from the Cover Guys was also from Prestige Spa Covers. It looks like there are a number of internet companies that are doing nothing more than taking your orders and placing them with another company and most likely increasing the price. The cover does fit properly after all and time will tell how well it holds up.

My first replacement cover was not sized properly and was slightly disappointing. However Spamigo customer service staff was responsive and built a second cover after confirming all the details. Second cover is great and my faith in quality customer service has been restored, Thanks Spamigo!

Measurements were accurate
It was exactly what I expected
Looks like good quality
Hopefully it lasts more than 5 years
We use a solar blanket as well
Seems to lessen absorption by the vovet

Vraiment un bon service, très bon produit !!

Love my new hot tub cover. It looks great, is nice and thick and keeps my hot tub running nice and warm.

Salesperson did their job efficiently. I probably would have pondered more on the purchase if it wasn't for the pitch and offer. The cover is as described. I haven't gone through a winter yet, so no conclusion on insulation. It did keep a steady temperature, with the heater off, through the summer months. Thus, so far good. My only complaint is not receiving a promised delivery notification until the day of delivery.

Excellent service and support for my custom measurement cover. When it arrived it fit like a glove. Couldn’t be happier.

Ordering was simple, communication was clear and timely, product arrived well packaged and undamaged. It's a good value product.

The hot tub cover was well done and everything that was ordered was given. Also delivered in a timely fashion as well.
