My order came quickly and was accurate
My order came quickly and was accurate. Quiet Batt was easy to stuff between the joists in my basement ceiling and I do not expect any mess from it. It's not too hard to trim with heavy household scissors. I do wish that shipping didn't double the cost, but the product is bulky.

After a few failed attempts on our own…
After a few failed attempts on our own to reduce noisy drain pipes in our apartment building, I found Soundproofcow online and they put me on the right path, saving us so much time. We tried replacing the DWV pipes with cast iron to no avail. Then foam. No improvement. Then lining with MLV (mass loaded vinyl). No improvement...the noise transferred to the ceiling. So went back online to research and found Soundproofcow. I read "Soundproof 101" on their website...essential reading to understand how sound travels. They also had material specific to drain pipe noise...very helpful. I then called. Even though they knew I wouldn't be purchasing anything (I had already purchased similar materials), they were so generous with their time on the phone. Ryan helped me figure out what we were doing wrong with those materials. He asked me to email him pictures, he replied to my email right away, and then we talked more details over the phone. I wish I'd found them much earlier; it would have saved us so much work. Ryan identified issues that can contribute to the noise (pipes in contact with wood framing, for example), but mainly explained that how you install the materials is everything! Hint: Absolutely NO gaps anywhere in the MLD wrapping of the pipe itself or the lining of the bay in the wall...cover every molecule of surface and tape the seams!

Per recommendation the 2" thick panels…
Per recommendation the 2" thick panels worked well cutting down noise inside the air handler intake noise to a negligible amount. Trimming the panels to form was surprisingly difficult even with a fresh blade. Shipping was fast but pricey, with limited options, almost equaling the cost of the product

We are very glad that the panels worked well for your air handler noise issue.
I believe that you are talking about our Echo Absorber panels, the dense panel would be difficult to cut with a blade, we would recommend a serrated blade, that would make it much easier.
Lastly, we totally understand and feel your frustration regarding the cost of shipping and few options to ship. With the holiday season approaching, and with 2020 being such an unusual year, Mandated Holiday Rates (price Increases) were made active an entire month ahead of when Fed Ex and UPS would normally increase them. This is due to the extreme increase in product / material demand and worker shortages. Unfortunately, we have absolutely no say in what a shipping company charges for their rates.
We did add into our shopping cart the ability for our customers to choose Fed Ex or UPS, so they can pick the shipping rate that works best for their budget. The other issue is that this product would automatically get an over sized box fee, again something that we sadly have no control over.

Returning customer, response and communication were excellent. Product worked as advertised, quality was also excellent. Yes, Ibwill be using you for future orders.
Shipping by FED-X on my current order is just plain horrible, product shipped on time , has been sitting at some Fed-x location for 7 days , with no information if it will ever arrive, and I payed for expedited shipping. Had a similar experience with an overnight letter to England, made it to England overnight, then lost for 10 days before it was delivered, The charge was $72.00 for poor performance. I suggest you remove FED-X from your shipping option menu!

Can only comment on the Purchase/shipping and installation so far.
The purchase price is fair but the shipping is as much as the purchase price. The installation was great...but I only did a 4 X 8 wall. The 3" insulation cut relatively easy with a pair of 9" Fiskar Titanium scissors (around $11.00) we have irregular studs (some 24 " and some 17" centers) in this area and we had to do a lot of cutting. It went pretty smoothly. can't comment on the sound proofing yet. Still doing installation.
