Our experience with Soundproof Cow. customer service has been excellent. Kellen was very helpful and responsive to questions concerning what product was right for our purpose. He really took the time to completely understand what we needed to do. Shipping and delivery was prompt and handled very professionally. Just what we needed!
Easy ordering, quick receipt of product. Using to muffle the noise level of gutter against a residential property, seems to be doing the trick, will add a second layer and around the downspout where it seems to still be a bit noisy.... product was perfect for this application, thin with an adhesive side to attached to the gutter directly.

Really quieted our boat
The original sound deadening on our boat was completely insufficient. We replaced it with Soundproof Cow's sound deadening material and now we can actually carry on conversations in the boat's cockpit.

I used my sound proofing material inside the engine hood on my Bayliner Discovery 195. It took roughly 13 square feet to complete the project.
Any review of this boat model ever written includes a comment about how noisy the engine is. My wife concurs with those reviews.

I really liked working with this…
I really liked working with this company! I ordered online. Right away they contacted me, letting me know that shipping wass overcharged, they caught it, and it would be refunded quickly. The material arrived quicker than I thought and was easy to work with. (I hung mine behind a tapestry we had framed and put up in my office) It helped tremendously with calming the echo sound (12 foot ceilings and a large room). I would and will buy from them again in the future =)

The cost of shipping was absolutely ridiculous. Astronomical is the only word to adequately describe it. But I paid it because I really wanted to see if the product helped in my situation.

We are a bit confused as to why you are not happy with the roll length, as this is discussed in numerous locations on our website. Nowhere does it state on our website that one roll (or case) will complete any job.

Sound travels the path of least resistance and if there are any gaps in the wrapping or areas of a pipe left exposed, sound will escape there. Think of the wind blowing on a window that is not sealed properly, a simple touch will confirm the air is passing through those non-sealed areas, sound is transferred in a similar manner. I wish there was a very inexpensive option that would fix all needs, unfortunately, that does not exist.
In regards to your being upset with the cost of shipping, the amount that UPS Ground charged is beyond our control. Over the last year and a half the cost of mailing / shipping has seen costs double, some have tripled, this is globally. If we had a solution to help ease the increase we absolutely would have it implemented, unfortunately, we believe this trend will continue as we see material shortages, employee shortages, etc. This is affecting the world, not just our company.
We would be happy to discuss this with you and see if we can help to better your noise issue.
