Engineer (Paul) arrived at the agreed time, was polite, professional, thorough, and was able to detect the water leak and inform us of what we needed to do next.

SOS attended from Edinburgh on time at 9.15am.
A very comprehensive survey of the property.
Leak detected in the bathroom under the flooring. Could not repair the leak,as bathroom furniture needs to be removed and flooring uplifted. Report submitted back to Insurance company

We had an ongoing leak that was discovered by Thames water , they did their bit up to our property replacing pipes but their was still a leak in the house so we used the services of SOS leak detection , the engineers were an absolute pleasure to have in the property, they were hard working, courteous and very efficient discovering the problem and rectifying it , our house is old and everything has been a problem for tradesmen in the past but the SOS guys adapted and overcame these issues and when I returned from work expecting issues they were happy to tell me that it had all been fixed . Talked me through the work and left the site in an extremely tidy manner . Leaving no mess at all. Thank you SOS I would recommend this company 100% .

The actual visit and process for the detection seemed to go smoothly and the engineer went through a variety of leak tests to make the final diagnosis. During this time he was under the sink on a number of occasions and although we did not see exactly what he did there the following day we had another leak from one of the pipes there. We are assuming he disturbed a seal on a old dishwasher pipe left by previous owners which after 12 hours then broke and gushed out all over cupboard and kitchen floor. Luckily we were home and it was spotted immediately but we had to turn mains water off and pay for emergency plumber to fix it.

We live in a country cottage and had the nightmare scenario of a water leak in our heating system, that was causing our oil boiler to lose pressure. Our property has been extended meaning the leak could have been anywhere - under floors, hidden in walls etc! Fortunately, SOS had the kit and once the system was drained the leak was located within an hour! The service was first class & we would recommend them to anyone with a similar issue.

Had a sound of running water behind the washing machine,rang Sherrie at sos leak detection, who sent Joe to do an internal inspection, He was amazing, and actually found the leak to be external. Andy and Scott then visited and did an excavation and repair. thank you everyone involved. we cannot praise these guys enough.. Fabulous 5 stars from us.

We are a retail business which had a leak flooding ours and next doors basement, source was unknown. We contacted SOS leak detection and the ladies on the other end of the phone couldn't have been more helpful. We had engineers come our and source the leak and rectify the problem. The service was excellent and fast with accompanying reports showing what they had done. Would very much recommend.

Turned up on time, friendly and helpful, work required done without fuss.

Jake came to locate our leak and although another plumber had been in and bored large holes all over our hall and stairway he did not manage to find the leak. Jake was here just a short time before he located the problem and fixed it without adding to the holes! He was very polite and professional and explained everything that had caused the problem.. He reassured us it was not safe and passed the information on for further work to be done which will not involve him. We are so pleased with everything and it really has relieved us of the stress and are confident now that everything will be finished properly and really wish to thank Jake and SOS for their input, there is no doubt Jake is a great asset to SOS. Thank you.

Superb service. We were recommended to this Company by our Plumber. It was very easy to arrange the appointment, very efficient service. Karl the Engineer was very thorough and patient because our property has lots of pipework! The leak was found and fixed and more importantly we now have peace of mind that our property is in good order. Would definitely recommend this company.

Superb service by SOS Leak Detection Co, not only those in the office but especially Garry who managed to precisely locate a leak from a radiator pipe which was under a heavily tiled floor. His perseverance and meticulous work resulted in less damage to the floor area than was expected. Garry was polite and friendly at all times, explaining the process when asked. Once he had replaced the leaking joint, he made sure the entire heating system was in good working order again and cleared up thoroughly afterwards. I would highly recommend Garry.. he does not give up on any baffling or difficult job. Thank you so much Garry.
