I absolutely adore my sola wood flowers! I had the best time making custom colors to perfectly match my sister's wedding theme! Making the arrangements was a blast and a great bridal activity for the whole bridal party to enjoy! Mae from customer service guided me in making the flower super soft and getting the perfect colors! I got them in a week and had so much fun I ordered even more to make a beautiful flower wall for guests to snap photos as they came in. Flawless! The guests loved being able to take them home as momentos. Can't wait to order more to make arrangements for my home

Really seems they have turned things around based on these past reviews. I had ordered about $200 worth of product. Shipping was pretty fast and the product was beautiful despite the box looking a bit rough!

The product is awesome. I will give you that.

The customer service on the other hand? Absolute garbage. They don't respond quickly at all, are only open for 2 hours for phone calls, and refuse to refund or work with you in any capacity. They do not allow refunds at all, even if it's their fault your order is incorrect. They also don't attempt to rectify the problem. Their website allows you to select DIY with the added option of pre-dyed flowers for an extra charge. However, when the flowers come, they are not pre-dyed, and customer "service" tells you that they don't pre-dye any DIY flowers, despite their website allowing you to order it that way.

The customer service is TERRIBLE. They will not work with you in any capacity. Do not expect them to honor their satisfaction guarantee; they won't.

Be so careful. I placed an order on 4/7/24, weeks and weeks went by, no package. I reached out - they sent me a label code to track the package. Days go by, no movement shown. I reached out again - said the package got lost , can we send another package to you? I looked them up here on Trust Pilot and was concerned that I wouldn’t get my money back. Thankfully, when I asked for a refund they refunded very quickly. I was afraid I might have to get my credit card company involved. Regardless, don’t understand what’s going on with this company, won’t try to order from them again.

May 2, 2024:
They lie about their shipping times. I was promised my order would be shipped over a week ago & it's still not shipped.

March 18 - order date. April 12 - emailed that my order was "almost ready". No other contact. April 25 - I contact them & was told would ship next day. April 30 - I contact again & again promised it would ship the next day. May 1 - I contact & told their production (who ships) is "not working today", so would be shipped the NEXT day (why wouldn't they work on a Wednesday?!). May 2 - I contact again & PROMISED it would be shipped by end of business day. Chatted hour before end of business day - told it would ship tomorrow! I'm so angry. They did give me a $5 gift card for my troubles. Grrrrr. Never again will I order dyed flowers from them. Their raw (undyed) flowers came in a timely manner, but I thought having them dye them would be less stressful/time consuming. Nope.

Update May 6, 2024:
Still dealing with CS trying to get my order shipped. Their business hours end in an hour & I still haven't received any shipping information, just more of the same - "your order will be shipped by the end of the day", "we have no control over when the courier picks up the orders", "please wait and we will send you the shipping information as soon as it ships" . . . . Once again, I am not holding my breath. This order is from 35 BUSINESS days ago (7 weeks)!

Horrible customer service AND product! They did not provide the correct color and did not want to take the return for a refund! They tried to say the color was correct when I told them I ordered WHITE and got cream. They CLAIM a satisfactory guarantee and are willing to "make it right" but this is not true. They wanted to offer me a $30 credit when I paid almost $400 and I can not even use them. BE WARE THEY ARE A SCAM!! Also not mention to took 6 weeks to get my order

Ordered In early January it is now mid March. I tried to get an ETA in February got a vague response and still have not heard or received anything from them. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake

I cannot stress it enough. This company is extremely unprofessional, they take forever to respond, there is no communication whatsoever on your order status, and when they eventually get delivered to you (assuming they don't put the wrong address as they did for me) the quality is absolute crap.

After trying to get the address corrected for over a month with the worst of communication options, I still had to walk 3 streets over to a neighbor's house and knock on their door so I could get my flowers that were delivered to them. AND I COULDN'T EVEN FIND THE HOUSE. So I am just out of luck on having flowers for my wedding that is THIS MONTH.

This company is an absolute joke. It's a waste of your money.

Worst customer service ever. It has been a month since I placed my order. Which was not special it was supposed to ship out in 5-7 days. It still has not shipped 1 month later. Don't order from this company.

Our experience with Sola Wood Flowers was absolutely horrific. We placed an order for wedding flowers. Corsages, boutonnières, and bouquets were ordered within the 30 day timeline. Two days before the wedding, after multiple phone calls to verify they were shipped, we were told the entire order would be canceled and the only remedy they could offer was a refund. No offer to try to find the order in their warehouse and ship it out faster. Just a repeated “I’m sorry, ma’am”.

When you place an order, you are required to check a box saying the colors you chose are final, with no ability to see whether they match the colors on the screen (which everyone knows computer screens and then reality don’t match). You also never get asked if the order is for a certain date to make sure they will arrive in time. There is NO assistance to choose what shipping speed you should pick either.

I asked to speak to a supervisor at one point, and was told I would get a call. No one ever did. They are only open by phone for two hours a day!!

To top it all off, the order shipped out on the wedding day and arrived 5 days after the wedding, when no one needed them. We were left to find flowers two days before a wedding, on Valentine’s Day, when everyone has purchased fresh flowers and almost none are left!

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible Experience, Not only were they 3 weeks late delivering us someone else's order, but after we called them, they did not call us to tell us we got the wrong order, they told us they lost our original order in the mail. I tried for 8 hours to get a supervisor on the phone, and NEVER received a call. I reached out via Email, Text, Social Media, and Phone. Even went as far as to try to connect with their VP of operations. Still nothing. WASTED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS and A WHOLE WORK DAY. LITERALLY GO WITH ANYONE ELSE.

Took two months to receive my package, half of the items were missing and the other half weren’t even items I ordered. Instead of flowers I received pieces of white plastic labeled as baby’s breath covered in handfuls of glitter that spread everywhere. Disputed it with my credit card company and luckily was able to get my money back. Beware of this scam of a company!

10 out of 10 I would not even recommend to my worst enemy! I ordered my items 11/26/23 and still have not received them despite being told my order would be "escalated and shipped by the end of last week" and most recently told my order would be shipped on 1/15. I still do not have an update or tracking number and can't even get anyone on the phone/text/chat to help. It is an estimated 3-day response time and in addition to the long wait the website states customer service reps are only available from 12-2 each day. I am going to contact my card company and file a charge back. I have literally never done that before but based on previous reviews I am not anticipating getting my order on time, intact, or up to any kind or presentable standard, if I ever get it at all. SO DISAPOINTING!

Placed an order on 11/24/23 for several “ready to ship” arrangements. Website states they should have shipped in 1-3 business days….order still shows “in process” and there have been no response to repeated phone calls (during the 2hr window that support is supposed to be available), chat, FB and email messages. These are/were to be Christmas presents, but we have little faith left they’ll ever arrive. Have been sent two tracking numbers for labels created 3days previously that still have yet to ship. Buyer beware😒
