I have purchased a few products from Solar Warehouse and only recievd good service. Once the order is placed the items arrive within 4 to 5 days.

I have had the most horrible and terrifying treatment as a black person after having been given a Dyness battery with a faulty BMS brand new out of the box. I took it back to them the day after and they failed to exchange it for a new one claiming it had to be sent to supplier and turn around time is 2 to 14 working days. It took them 14 days of testing and figuring out a false story while they are enjoying the comfort of spending my money without delivering.
They respond to issues in an unprofessional manner and I strongly believe this was because of my skin colour. This was as if money coming from a black person was of less value.
They then started demanding documents to the installer. I showed them all relevant documents and above all, my BTec qualification in Heavy Current Electrical Engineering.
They then handed my battery not in its original packaging and dropped it in front of my car leaving it with scratches as if I had it for 5 years poorly attended. Only to find that they have stolen other accessories that come with it.
They turn not to understand or follow their SOP when it comes to a black person.
I’m not sure if there are way of attaching pictures and vice notes to how rude the team was responding on the this platform for everyone to be aware.
They don’t accept a product if it’s not in its original packaging or damaged. But they dump it in your face when the ball is in their court.
Even after having escalated this matter to their Director, nothing fruitful was accomplished. He was even more arrogant after noticing that he is speaking to a black man.
I have purchased 3 other Dyness batteries and inverter in the past which remain untouched. Unfortunately I’m returning them as I’m not happy with how they operate.
This was the worse experience I’ve ever received. They are kind up until they hold on to your money.

I bought a inverter and a solar panel and they were very quick to deliver them and my things are working very well thank u solar warehouse.
But I think it is best to let people know that when buying a solar panel they have to buy cables as well to connect to the inverter.

I am taking the one star away only because I was not asked some crucial questions during the inquiry stage. These questions would have helped me in the decision to purchase everything that I required to install and commission the hybrid system.
Otherwise, flawless transaction and friendly staff.

Visited store in Morningside Glen to buy a 100ah lithium battery for camping. Assistant said I cannot return the battery if it does not work, I must make sure of the application. Even if the battery is faulty and does not discharge, they cannot take it back after I used it. That means NO WARRANTY, NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. Very disappointing and hard to understand.
