I was skeptical but I was able to pay…

I was skeptical but I was able to pay for and download and install without a hitch, when it came time to activate, it wasn't easy but by clicking on various parts of the website the activate box came up , I was very relieved. I was able to restore my company file and open without issues. I did this on a second computer, not wanting to take a chance of messing up my critical system. Now I just have to cancel my subscription to Intuit Quickbooks pro desktop.

Quickbooks Desktop for real

Letting us know that the product was guaranteed to work, and if there were any issues installing it, we had a complete return refund available.

Intuit will tell customers that they are the only source of Quickbooks and Desktop is no longer available. NOT TRUE!

Was told that software key was a fake and license key was fake

I had trouble connecting the bank feeds and called the number that is in the software and was told that the license key was fake and this was fake software and was not supported by intuit. I also am so had other issues that I could not fix with the errors with the Hud. You sell a product that I would not have purchased as a download of QB, there was not any statement that said that some features “require an active Intuit subscription and may not function without it” I would not have purchased your software, I would have went directly to QB.

Because of this, if you contact Intuit support directly, they may state that they cannot verify or support the license through their system. This does not necessarily mean the license is fake—it simply means it was not purchased through Intuit’s official retail channel.

Regarding the issues you mentioned (bank feeds or HUD errors), some QuickBooks features—such as bank feeds, payroll, or certain online services—require an active Intuit subscription and may not function without it.

So many issues with the software, uninstalled the software. Can I get a refund?

Not a Legitimate software

I got the licence number, which I tried to update on my 2021 version.it is messed up and locks my QB. it was telling me to call QB support. When I called QB support, they said this is not a legitimate version. So I tried to contact customer support from Softake, but they didn't respond properly, and it is only on WhatsApp chat, with no phone number for support. As per their policy i had requested a refund, but there was no reply at all. I can't trust this company as they are not selling legitimate software.

Very disappointed in customer service

Very disappointed in customer service. I sent two emails on different platforms with questions on one of there products for sale. A almost two weeks later, no response. I imagine after sale customer service is the same??

After purchasing there product by…

After purchasing there product by providing all my relevant information, this is the forth week and they haven’t given me a license which should have been done digitally on the day of my payment. They have no record of my purchase but deducted the amount from my account. Through the many emails and WhatsApp chat, they still can’t locate my account or refund my money.

), which is why the order did not initially appear in our support search system. Once we expanded our investigation into the payment records, we were able to match the transaction and confirm successful delivery.

No response at all

I installed QB Enterprise ($197 US)as that was the only one that would come with Canadian payroll. but once installed, it showed that payroll wasn't active. Have tried chat, phone, and email.....but can not get a response back. Softake has not responded at all (support 24/7 is what they say.....but not happening) . And we need to do month end payroll..

UPDATE...4 days after they sent their response....no response by WhatsApp or email :)

Thank you for your message, and I understand how urgent payroll can be—especially at month end.

To clarify, the license provided with QuickBooks Enterprise is for the desktop software only. Payroll is a separate subscription service that must be purchased and activated directly through Intuit. It is not included with the software license itself.

This is noted in the product description, but we completely understand how this can sometimes be confusing—particularly since QuickBooks Enterprise supports payroll features, which may give the impression that payroll is included by default.

To activate Canadian Payroll, you will need to:

Sign in to your QuickBooks Enterprise company file.

Go to Employees > Payroll Center.

Select the option to subscribe or activate payroll.

Complete the subscription process directly through Intuit.

If payroll is already active under your Intuit account, please ensure:

You are logged in with the correct Intuit account.

Your subscription is valid and linked to this company file.

Rip Off?

Ad to buy says $97 when click to buy it goes to $197
got response says 2 versions, Pro and Enterprise.biz clearly bait and switch as the pictures shows Pro $97 then under in text says Enterprise, click picture and get $197
OK THANKS FOR RESPONSE, WHEN I CLICK IT SAYS AMERICAN EDITION, I WOULD LIKE TO BUY BUT NEED CANADIAN EDITION OF PRO.

There is no bait-and-switch.

We offer two separate editions:

• Pro – $97
• Enterprise (Business) – $197

The $97 price applies only to the Pro version. The Enterprise/Business edition is a different product with expanded features and is priced at $197.

On the product listing, both versions are displayed. If the Enterprise version is selected (even if the Pro image appears above), the price updates to reflect the Enterprise edition before checkout. The final price is always clearly shown prior to payment.

We do not modify pricing after a customer clicks to purchase.

If you selected the wrong edition by mistake, contact us directly and we’ll review your order and assist you.

Great company

We were in the market for a desktop Quickbooks. We purchased from this company . It was delivered immediately with instructions on how to install the program. We followed directions but when it came to the last thing, the validation code we couldn’t get to the screen. With the help of a very patient fellow he walked us through exactly what to do. We are very pleased with the product and customer service.
