We ordered the Nacreous Mattress Pad. It was very easy to order, website is well laid out. We put the mattress pad on our Tempru-pedic mattress the day after we received it and that first night my wife noticed that the mattress was cooler. It took me a couple of nights before I noticed the change. So far we are Very Pleased!

we have had various sheets / pillows / mattress pads in the past, and can honestly say that the slumber cloud system is superior in comfort and everything stays in place and does not move when you rollover...

We had tried another well advertised pillow but it did not stay cool. Slumber Clouds pillow cover keeps us cool all night. It allows is to use the pillows we have.

My husband and I are in our at the end of our 30's and needed to replace a 3 yr old sagging (not much of a) bargain brand foam mattress. We went with an adjustable king comprised of two foam twin XLs. Because it was almost impossible to find twin XL anything locally we went ahead an bought the cheapest, yet still overpriced at $59 each, nonrefundable waterproof mattress pads the furniture store had. They are a plastic, terrycloth covered nightmare with a majorly loose fit, prone to causing night sweats… especially with the bed in the cradle position. So you can imagine my skepticism when considering another pair comprised of some space age material at $99 each.

Ditching the nightmare after three weeks of use for the Cirriform MP made the wonderful bed purchase perfect. The MP fits just right and stays put even during adjustments. Getting into bed in Alaska can be a cold experience but now my toes warm up twice as fast with fewer layers and the climate control lasts all night! Best customer service experience so far: they ship to Alaska (many retailers won't ship to AK) and free shipping at that, which happens next to never. And that's not all. Though I was eager to try the MP, I decided to wait for it to arrive by free ground shipping and up here that meant sleeping on terry-plastic for up to two more weeks. But surprise! My wonderful MP arrived in a couple of days via priority mail... free! Thank you, sincerely, for the outstanding product and service Slumber Cloud.

My wife and I were skeptical about ordering a cooling mattress pad, but to our pleasant surprise it has been working as described. It is nice and cool when you get into bed and keeps your body cooler through out the night. We have a temperpedic and it has always been hotter sleeping, this mattress pad has elevated the issue. We would recommend giving it a try if you are having issue with body heat. Ordering is easy online, shipping was quick and updates via email.

I purchased the mattress pad to keep my body temp cooler. I have severe hot flashes and was desperate to find all the relief I can get.
I have been using it for about a week. I think if is very comfortable. I do think it has helped.
I still have the problem, but seems a little less intense.

The first night that I used my new pillow I was able to sleep without getting up in the middle of the night soaked. I don't know what it is but it works great.

I wish it came in a lighter color the blue shows through my fitted sheet.

I purchased this mattress pad hoping that I would sleep cooler or at least not hot and through the night without having to feel for the "cold" spot, stick my feet out from under the covers, or pull off covers. I am giving this 4 stars as I have not been hot and I believe the pad has made a difference. It's only been 30 days and really the summer will be the true tell tale sign. At this point I would recommend this mattress pad as it's the closest thing I have found to a neutral (not hot or cold) nights sleep. I was close to returning the pad and ordering the $500+ one with the fan. A good nights sleep is "priceless" only if you've got the money. Stay tuned...

I was not sure how this would work, but our nights are a whole lot better now. I even got the pillow cases, they are wonderful. Thank you for a great products.

I typically do not purchase bedding online so I have to admit, I called a few times to get all my questions answered and be assured that I could return the product if I didn't like it (I'd been burned in the past). Both the people I spoke with were very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgable about sleep. I ended up buying the pillow covers and I'm so glad I did. We love them and I will definitely purchase from this company again. P.S. I also received a hand written thank you note (Who does that anymore?) It was such a nice thing to receive.

First of all, the Customer Service I received was impeccable! I had a couple questions about the products before I purchased and Heather was extremely helpful in helping me understand how to put everything on my bed so the Outlast technology would benefit me to fullest. Now that I have been able to sleep on my Mattress Pad and Pillow Covers, I can't imagine ever sleeping without them again! They keep me at a nice even temperature all night long and I don't toss and turn pulling off the covers and pulling them on again. I would recommend this company and the products to anyone that is looking for an amazing night sleep!

I really wished I had ordered a firmer pillow I got Medium which I usually buy. This one seamed a little softer than I prefer all the materials are top quality and would recommend to anyone

I'm hovering somewhere between the two- and three-star rating.I have a sympathetic-parasympathetic nervous condition that produces "hot flashes"—no, they're not hormonal—with occasional full-body sweats, burning feet, etc. I purchased the Outlast bedpad and comforter in the hope of not getting woken up 6-10 times a night by this condition (I use light sheets between me and them). They are lovely and comfortable, but when I heat up, they absorb only some of the heat, and I'm left lying in a "hot spot" and have to fling off the bedclothes to cool off. I think they're letting me sleep through some of the milder "surges" now that the weather has turned cooler. I do wish they'd fulfilled my needs.

I bought the pillow covers and now we sleep much cooler!

Our Temperpedic bed sleeps hot & is a real problem for my husband. This mattress pad was our last resort and it has helped some. Although it is not as cool as suggested in the ads, it is better than what we had before.

Ordered item, was told you'll get it tomorrow because you live in California. Was told would receive shipping tracking info via email. Neither happened. After a few days got a little nervous about having ordered from internet. Called and sent email, didn't get a response. Getting more nervous. Package arrived and a day after that received response via email. I like the product I ordered but the lack of follow through did give me some concern for a few days --- took a risk on first time order from company I'd never heard of before --- spent about $140 on package that didn't arrive on schedule given, no tracking info ever received and no communication from company. Hopefully it was a fluke experience.
