I'm very happy with my interaction with SlumberCloud. I have already recommended them to several friends.

I was almost on the verge of buying another mattress. My current mattress is only 2 years old and I really love it but it sleeps hot. I heard about Slumber Cloud and thought its still cheaper than buying another mattress. So I bought the mattress pad and the pillow covers. OMG best thing since sliced bread. I absolutely sleep far more better than ever and a lot cooler. For most part I don't even wake up at night as often, but I'm old and it happens but it's not from waking up hot. Thank you Slumber Cloud.

I bought this for my grandson who sweats a lot during the night & wakes often. The pillow didn't make any difference . On the other hand my granddaughter liked it, she stated it was very comfortable. I asked her if it kept her cool, and she replied no but I like it. I don't think there is any help for my grandson, the sweating may be medication related and just needs to be tolerated.

I purchased the firm pillow and Pileus cover. I wish the pillow was a little firmer. I didn't really get any more cooling benefit from the cover as any other pillow protector, so I don't think it's worth the extra cost. It's not worth my time to return anything. I'll keep using the pillow until I find something better.

I ordered a set of bedding containing Outlast technology online. The sheets are great. I've been having issues with hives and my skin is sensitive and hot especially at night. The sheets do the job. Am very pleased. They arrived within reasonable timeframe. Would highly recommend. Are less expensive than My Cooling Store. Will come back and order more products as needed.

I bought a mattress pad to reduce heat while sleeping on a memory foam mattress. I still get a bit warm at night but my sleep has improved only slightly. I have night sweats and have noticed that if I have no sugar products, caffeine products, alcohol or spicy foods I get a better sleep with the slumber mattress pad.

I ordered three items from Slumbercloud. I received two of them within a reasonable timeframe. Weeks have gone by and I still have not received the third item. The item I am missing, a mattress cover, was the main reason I ordered from Slumbercloud in the first place. OK, now here is the really bad part: I have called the company three times. No one ever answers the phone. I have left messages each time. No one has ever called back. I have paid for the mattress bad that has not been sent and no one will answer the phone or call me back.

Due to having lupus (& the meds I have to take), I sleep very hot & nights sweats are common. The mattress pad & pillow covers I bought help cool me down! I was leary if they would really help me be more comfortable, but they have. Of course is doesn't completely take away all of the excess heat, but they greatly help. I have definitely experienced better sleep since using them! I would recommend anyone who sleeps hot to try them. Hopefully they will have the same results as I have.

I ordered the pillow cases that have a gold+ rating to try before I buy the mattress cover. I have been getting more and better sleep ever since they arrived. I will definitely order the mattress cover and blanket soon!

First and foremost, the matress cover and duvet have worked really well at curbing my night sweats. I recently returned another "cooling" duvet because it didn't work. My husband, a cooler sleeper than me, has been nervous that he would be left shivering all night once I finally found bedding that didn't leave me waking up in a pool of sweat every night. The Slumber Cloud bedding has made us both happy, though.

My one (pretty major) complaint is that although I followed the washing/drying instructions for all of the bedding to the letter (wash with cold water and dry on medium heat), the mattress cover came out of the dryer with some very large holes melted into the underside of it, exposing the batting beneath. Although the top Outlast layer remains intact (and thus it still does the job), and the duvet and pillow covers came through splendidly, I'm not convinced the mattress cover would make it through another washing and drying since it already sustained pretty major damage the first time around. :-(

I purchased the Mattress cover because I have a tempurpetic bed and was waking up in the middle of the night with night sweats.

It feels great into bed, the sheets are cool, but I still wake up hot in the middle of the night, but not sweating. So its a major improvement!

We've had Slumber Cloud pillows in our house for a couple years now. My husband needed something firmer, so we purchased the new firm pillows and they are a success: cool and firm!!

I really like my pillow covers they do seem to keep my head cooler. I don't have to flip my pillow as often to find a cool spot. Thank you slumber cloud for making a product that actually works.

My husband is always cold and I am always hot and finally we can both sleep soundly since we purchased your mattress pad and pillow covers! Going through menopause I haven't slept through the night in a very long time and within three days of using your products I am happy to say I no longer wake up sweating! I was looking for a pillow that would keep our heads cool so we could sleep all night w/o flipping them over. These pillows start out cool but within 20 minutes they are warm, so we are disappointed.

I purchased a temperpedic mattress about a month ago, and it was not supposed to make you hot, but it did. We were waking up sweating every night, numerous times a night, even with the air on 65. I purchased the Cirriform Mattress Pad and we've slept wonderfully ever since. 100% worth the money.

If you are thinking of buying a mattress pad this is the one to check out.
It is nice and cool when you get in but not so cold as to be uncomfortable.

The refreshing thing,no pun intended,with Slumber Cloud pillows is that they are products that really work and live up to their hype. Heat from my neck and head is transferred from there, and into this plush,quality product and those areas stay cool. There is absolutely no need to wake up and flip them over,nuff said !!!! Customer care is a one on one experience,thanks to Heather,in sales.

I tried to order a comfortable pillow because of the advertisement. Did not order a big full pillow and that is what I received. I bagged it up and gave it to my daughter to sell at rummage sale.
