the product seems ok, but it was delayed in arrival, and I had to pick it up at the PO because it arrived with about $6 postage due. Not what I expect from an Amazon company.

i received the slumber cloud on saturday and washed and dried it right away. washes and dries great.with just 5 days of use i can say that my old fashion all cotton mattress cover is hands down 1oo% better than the high tech nasa technology. last sunday and monday the temperature in notheastern ohio was in the high 70s and there was no significant difference in my old cotton mattress pad and the slumber cloud. in the summer in notheastern ohio the temperature and humidity will cause plenty of discomfort and that is why i thought this slumber cloud would provide some reasonable sleeping comfort. i would advise that is product not be purchased. save your money.....

Here's the deal, We have a Temper Pedic mattress with a moderately firm feel but after a short time your body heat softens the mattress and conforms to one's body curves to provide support. Great idea but it gets really warm and we find ourselves tossing and turning to find a cool, comfortable spot. And simply rolling over on a foam mattress that has an indentation from one's body isn't easy.
Than we decided to try the Slumber Cloud mattress pad that touts their technology,that's designed to help regulate the surface temperature by absorbing and storing our body heat while keeping the surface temperature cool and comfortable. In the early morning when the body naturally reaches it's lowest temperature the Slumber Cloud gradually gives up the absorbed body heat to keep us really comfortable.
OK so here's the bottom line, IT REALLY DOES WORK. Our Temper-Pedic still does it's job but now we're not working up a sweat and sleeping better that we have in quite some time.

I can't believe just putting on the Outlast Comfort Gold bed covering would make such a difference!. It has been over 20 years since I've slept through the night. I recently purchased slumber cloud mattress pad and pillow covers. I had extremely high hopes that it would keep me cool all night. When I first get into bed it is chilly but at some point in the night I have to shift positions to find another cool spot, much like my old mattress pad. Same with the pillow covers, I have to flip my pillow in the night to find a cool spot. I will probably keep it because it is well constructed and the cost of a new mattress pad is about the same. Customer service was great and they gave me a 15% discount.

This is the best product for a bed that I have EVER used! I have suffered with being way too warm ever since I started menopause! First was the night sweats now the almost always cold person I used to be, I am now mostly warm. My ceiling fan runs 24/7/365 because of this! We have a tempurpedic bed, which tends to run warm, not to mention my honey is always warm; so we were looking for some relief. We have had our mattress pad for about a week now, and he loves it so far. I'm dealing with some hormonal changes, and I don't see much change with the pad helping that. I will give it more time to see if I get any relief, that is my only reason for the 4 stars. If my honey rated it, it would be 5.

I purchased a Slumbercloud mattress pad because my new Beautyrest mattress was hot to sleep on. The first night I had too many covers on the bed and I still was hot; never experienced any cooling. The second night, with only one blanket, was much better. However, the pillow covers I bought at the same time were awful (too stiff and too warm).

It was nice to deal with these people. Answered all of my questions with knowledge not just a script. When the system screwed up they have me an additional discount for my patience. I wish all companies brought this customer service back. Maybe we wouldn't be so stressed out.

I was happy to find that this really does make the bed feel cooler. But, unfortunately it didn't solve the problem of my husband and I being able to sleep together peacefully. I still feel hot and fidgety in the morning hours, and this product didn't change that.

The pillow has worked well for me. I would wake up a hot mess, now the pillow just soaks it up and keeps me dry at night, therefore this pillow has helped in more ways than none

Since I live in Texas, I am looking forward to using this pad during the hot summer months. However, it is winter now and I find that it is too cool for my arthritis.
