I am a very warm sleeper. Their advertising is spot on and you will get sucked in fast. Do not fall for this, I would compare their products to be equivalent to anything off the shelf from Walmart. Every piece is made in China, NASA technology? No. I purchase the comforter and cover, sheet set and mattress pad, they will all be going back.

I purchased a mattress pad 2 weeks ago it still has not arrived... and I live 10 miles away from their distribution center in Denver. After speaking to two different customer service reps I have only received a confirmation number. They are quick to blame UPS for their miscommunication. Careful if anything goes wrong dont expect this service do be anything above below par. I am waiting to see how their pad is to completely write them off, but it is not a good sign and certainly makes me question the quality of their product.

I have purchased 3 of the “Cumulus” comforters. It is light weight and can be used in summer and winter months. I love the weight of this particular comforter. If you do not want to perspire during sleeping I would purchase the Cumulus. The only thing I would suggest to the company...is to make the comforters a little larger for the beds. Otherwise both me/husband and guests have commented with a thumbs up!

I ordered mattress cooling pad August 15, 2020 and I was told it would come in 7-10 days....it is now September 1, and I have called twice with the same standard answer, that they are backed up....this time it was promised to be shipped by Sept 3, and should arrive by Sept 6 or 7th....it's not like this is a cheap mattress pad....$358.00...will give them one more chance....and will cancel Sept 8th if it does not show up....they do not let you know anything, or give out any information....you the customer has to call and get the updates....very VERY BAD BUSINESS in my world and I will never order anything from them again. Completely disappointing. I had bought the comforter in hopes to relieve my night sweats and temperature control. It was so hot and felt suffocating the entire night. The next day I packed the comforter back in it's original box and called customer service to ask if they would offer free return shipping. The CR said he would ask his manager but did not do anything of the kind. At least I am only out $14 for the return but still I would have give 2 more stars if they had followed through the request. Don't bother with the fake 5 star reviews they put up.

I get super hot when I sleep and many times wake up dripping. I’ve used my new Cumulus Lightweight Comforter the last 2 nights and I literally only have sweat between my boobs. :) The feel of the fabric is also heavenly soft. It’s been so wonderful that I’m about to order the rest of the products.

I would not recommend the Nacreous Cooling Mattress Pad. It advertises that it will keep you cool but I can't say that it does. I would still wake up sweating even in a cooled room of 67 degrees sleeping directly on the pad placed ontop of a memory foam mattress. I went past my return period by a month and they were not able to be flexible about a return at all. When I tried to reach out to understand if there was a conflict with the pad and my mattress memory foam cooling technology they essentially never addressed my question and just informed me i was outside the return period. I will not buy any other slumbercloud products based on the customer experience alone.

If you do buy this and feel like it may or may not be working, i would highly encourage you to simply return it.

Bought the king comforter. Was on the pricey side. Despite the promise of breathability, the comforter retained more heat and slept hotter than our down comforter from another vendor. I am troubled by hot flashes and was miserable. My husband, who generally sleeps warm but is very happy with our old down comforter, hated how hot the slumber cloud slept. We gave it several trials of a 2-3 nights followed by a return to our old comforter and back to the new again. The Slumber cloud consistently slept much hotter for both of us. It was tantamount to sleeping under plastic. I returned it. Despite the fact that it did NOT perform as promised, I was charged $14 to return it. So the shipping to me was free, but the return shipping for an article that did not perform as promised was not. I kept the mattress pad but would not purchase from this company again......

I've always had trouble with comforters that were just too heavy and too warm. I recently purchased 4 comforters from different companies - all claiming to be "summer cooling" - but they were not. I returned all 4. Then I ordered Slumber Cloud Cumulus Comforter. This comforter is AMAZING. For once I slept comfortably without feeling hot. It's lightweight and COOLS ... and it looks great on my bed. Thank you Slumber Cloud.

Claims to be made of special cooling material, total BS! Claims Paypal will pay return shipping, but you tell them you want to return, they will insist you do all these ridiculous things to make this piece of crap work by then Paypal return shipping is no longer an option! BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY!! I offered to keep the piece of crap for a discounted price, but they wanted me to pay for the return so they could "throw it away" or donate it! RIPOFF! Go buy a $50 mattress pad on Amazon and I guarantee you will be happier. Or better yet, do what I did, I finally found "the answer" go and pay the extra bucks for a ChiliPad, that thing is priceless. Stuck w/this garbage mattress pad and out over $200! Slumber Cloud you are a thieving organization with false advertising and HORRIBLE customer service that resolves NOTHING!

We have purchased Slumber Cloud sheets and I love the softness and the coolness of them. However, I can not keep them tight on the mattress (standard height) and the bottom sheet is a mess in the morning. Also, the dryer is FULL of lint from them after washing and drying them in the dryer. I reported this to them and they were very gracious and sent me a new set but they are still pretty linty. Sorry Slumber Cloud -

I wish that I had known about these fantastic products years ago! I haven't slept this well in 20 years and absolutely recommend the Slumber Cloud products. Do not hesitate - go to their website as soon as possible. You won't regret it!!

I love the comforter, returned the dog bed; easy peasy!

Great sleeping with a cooler mattress pad covering a pillow top mattress.
I am no longer waking up several times in the middle of the night. hot flashes dissipate faster.

These sheets and thin comforter exceeded my hopes for a cool night's sleep. I still get hot flashes but am no longer moving around in a drowsy state trying to find a cool spot. They are very soft. I plan to buy a second set.

Delivery took 5 days although it was FedEx. We have a memory foam mattress and purchased this mattress pad for the purpose of cooling as promised on the website. Hasn't made any difference unfortunately - mattress still hot!

Prompt service and delivery. Directions were easy to follow and now I have a great sleeping experience.

After considerable research and reviewing numerous comment, I decided to give Slumber Cloud a try, and I am glad I did. My wife's medications tend to give her night sweats, those are greatly improved and I sleep better myself. It was a purchase I wished I had made sooner. I went from skeptic to believer in a few short nights.

The product arrived in the date range that was specified. The topper is well made and did what it was supposed to - keep me cool while sleeping on a foam mattress. I also liked the plastic case it came in (which has a zipper). I was not expecting that and it will come handy for storage.
