AVOID they do not respond to emails. Their telephone cuts out as soon as you ring. No communication. They can’t be legitimate

As with pretty much every other review lately. We placed an order for some bunk beds for our little ones which we saved up for. Nearly £500. Order was placed on 29th June. We waited and waited and there was zero communication. Live chat does nothing. The first email I sent I did have a response from saying delivery would be made within a couple of weeks. Shock horror it never happened. I called and was promised delivery on Thursday 11th August. Again nothing. I called and requested to cancel the order as we had now been waiting 8 weeks. Was told by a very rude man it was cancelled and I'd receive a refund. Well I think most fellow reviewers can probably guess that it hasn't appeared back in our bank. I have since requested a refund again via email and have had no response so am now pinning all our hopes on our bank hopefully getting our money back. My little girl is currently on a mattress on the floor at the age of 5. And unfortunately will be until we get a refund. This is a disgusting company who are still allowing people to place orders when they are clearly either financially in trouble or are just darn right scammers. My order number is 5030 and can absolutely put my hand on my heart that this is a true review unlike the recent fake 5 star reviews that have now been removed.

I'd just like to add that we have requested the bank do a charge back on this transaction which has initially been approved so I would strongly suggest anybody that can tries to do this too. We all deserve our money back

Keep well away from these "dealers", I ordered a bed and mattress on 24th July 2022 and after 4 weeks + still not arrived, even when contacting them (phone dodgy line) through their chat, they just lie to you and say it coming, had to contact bank after no more communication from them ! BEWARE !!!!

Ordered a chest of drawers 13 days ago via the website, since then have had no information whatsoever about dispatch and delivery of my item. I've sent the company 3 emails, contacted them via the webchat, facebook and Instagram with no response or request for a full refund.
Don't deal with this company, awful!

Ordered and paid for 2 bedside tables on the 2nd August and I have not received them. I have sent numerous emails to them to find out when the delivery will be - no response!, I have tried live chat - no response!, I have rung the telephone number lots of times and you get cut off every single time. I will never ever deal with this company again and I am now trying to get my money back! AVOID! AVOID!

Took my money, cancelled order no refund spent week trying to speak to someone their customer service is non existent. Do not purchase from them they’re crooks.

I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before ordering with this company. All the 1 star reviews seem to match our experience. I suspect the 5 star reviews aren’t genuine.

We ordered some nursery furniture a month ago. We heard nothing back about our order being confirmed or an estimated delivery date. Last week we called up and managed to speak to a man who was quite abrupt and told us it would be delivered ‘next week’.
It is now Friday of that week and still nothing.

When I call, there is a short recorded message and then the line cuts out. They have not replied to my emails. I have also tried Facebook messenger. They did reply to that saying they would ‘call me very soon’, however that was 2 days ago now, no call and they are no longer reading or replying to my messages.

I have reported this to my bank, to citizens advice and to the police. I urge others not to use this company as I believe it may be a scam. They will probably take numerous orders, collect the money and then ‘go bust’ and you’ll never hear from them again.

Experiencing no contact from Sleep Maker after sending repeated emails and online chat messages. Phone lines go dead. Order placed 16th July, delivery should have been 12th August but no sign of delivery. Order cancelled due to lack of response but no contact to confirm when full refund will be forthcoming. Very disappointed and annoyed at the lack of customer service. Bank contacted to investigate further

Ordered a coffee table, instant order confirmation, then RADIO SILENCE!

Impossible to get a response from customer service on live chat or email service and their phone line cuts you off. They have a professional front but there's nothing behind it. They've taken my money and no sign of a coffee table in weeks, pease give me my money back!

Ordered 2 bedside tables 2 months ago. Despite contacting them several times they keep saying there’s been a delay to the container shipment. There is no answer on the phone number provided, I’ve asked for a refund and no one has come back to me. I’m starting to wonder if this is a real verified company.

Ordered 4 bar stools in July & was told 2 weeks… still not received any notification of when they will be delivered.. tried to contact SleepMaker .. sent emails & used online chat but no further forward.. no one is answering!! Money has been taken though £550!!! Is this company legit?????

STILL NO REFUND!! Surely doesn’t take this long to refund.. SleepMaker refuse to answer my emails & messages regarding refund.. SleepMaker cancelled my order not me!! But are unwilling to pay back my money !! Very bad customer service!!

FINALLY GOT MY REFUND THROUGH THE BANK NOT SLEEPMAKER!! U can put a claim in through the bank to recover any monies !! As long as u can provide ur proof of purchase & cancellation & that u have tried to contact the company to recover money 👍🏼.. HOPE THIS HELPS EVERYONE!! GOOD LUCK !! I WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

Wow they are just amazing 🤩 The quality for the price is wonderful, & they are very big and sumptuous.

Ordered a bedside table on the 18th July, payment taken but no delivery. No email updates received.

We ordered a bed frame that was advertised as being in stock. It transpired it wasn't in stock shortly after we made the order and they said it would arrive a few weeks' later. We haven't received any communication from the company to advise of new estimated arrival dates so I've contacted them myself. The gentleman I spoke to was very rude and dismissive, refusing to share any updates with me on the call. He then said he'd follow up via email and didn't. I then tried to call the store again and they're not answering...it's been a very very bad customer experience and I won't be shopping here again!

the worst shop !!! 4 weeks waiting for a table and nothing, I called 20 times I managed to get through and heard that the table is unavailable, please return my money after 8 days there is no money on my account. I call I ask what is with my money they say call the bank because they sent it. scammers !!!!
