Watch for Add Ons

Pretty good experience. I really don't like the baggage add ons on the left hand side of the flight details I missed it early on and thought I was getting good fares only to be dissapointed with when I added the baggage options. I mean how many people fly international with no luggage at all ???? come on. Also be aware our particular choice of flight for two of us then scammed us with seat bookings for $200.00 you didn't have to pay but with two people who want to sit together it's a must.

Do not trust bookings made through…

Do not trust bookings made through SkyScanner/Mytrip — payment taken, booking cancelled, fees kept

I booked a confirmed flight through SkyScanner (agent: Mytrip). Payment was taken in full and I received a booking confirmation. Later the booking was cancelled by the agent for “technical reasons.” It took several days for any refund to be processed (we were told 3–5 business days) and even after the refund we discovered they kept the transfer/handling charges and refused to refund those. Customer service communication was slow and unhelpful — I was advised to “book directly with the airline” after they failed to honour the booking.

This experience caused stress and inconvenience (we had to rearrange transport and schedules), plus a financial loss from non-refunded transfer charges. I will not use SkyScanner or Mytrip for bookings again and would strongly advise others to book directly with the airline or use a trusted agent who guarantees refunds for cancellations.

easy to use system

easy to use system. Able to check multiple options at one time. quick and easy to compare. Also, option of who to book through.

When I clicked on several times of the…

When I clicked on several times of the flight options the prices on their sites were significantly more expensive than what was quoted on Skyscanner.

I then booked some flights and made a spelling error and now find that I am unable to speak or even really contact someone from this site and just keep getting told that I will have to cancel the flights and loose my money and rebook with the correct spelling.

Not sure I will be using this site again.

Booked a trip to Launceston through…

Booked a trip to Launceston through Kissandfly got to the airport and we were not on the plane . Had to buy new tickets cost us $2400 .spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get a refund to no avail what a scam.
