Really do not buy from Skechers uk

Really do not use Skechers uk. I ordered a pair of trainers and unbeknown to me they’re coming from Belgium. I was given a false estimated delivery date for last Friday and now there is no delivery date or update from UPS. The package says a signature is required so how can I plan to be in when there’s no delivery date.
The only way to contact customer services is by email who give a 5 day window to answer,so useless.
I’m really shocked that such a large, renowned company can be so bad…..
Will never buy a pair of Skechers again.

Just an update for anyone awaiting an order….. I’ve just spoken to a lovely guy at Skechers Customer Services who has obviously answered my question a million times today. Apparently their main warehouse is in Belgium 🤷‍♀️, UPS haven’t scanned anything into the system since Friday and my trainers are still at the Port so goodness knows when they’ll arrive. As I said, don’t bother with Skechers, it’s just not worth the hassle and upset.

Wont be buying from Skechers directly again, as their 5 WORKING day response time for important queries - i.e. why can i not pick up the shoes I have paid for? - is abominable, showing that truly just care about getting your money and aftercare is wholly unimportant.

The shop where my shoes are refused to release them as that want a UPS code that I was never given.

UPS say to contact Skechers directly. Im well hacked off and just think I'll send them back when I eventually get them, and buy elsewhere.

Giant company with such a useless customer service model? Do me a favour!

As there is a bank holiday in between this time, it will be ages before this is sorted.

Ridiculous!

Poor Quality and Disappointing Customer Service

I bought these shoes in June 2025, but I only started wearing them regularly in December 2025. Since then, the heel quality has become very bad and it started hurting my feet.

I emailed customer service and waited 5 days without any reply. After contacting them again, they told me that because it was purchased in-store, I needed to go back to the store directly. When I went there, the manager only said there is a 45-day policy and could not help further.

Very disappointing experience. The quality is poor, especially for a product that has not been used for very long. I expected much better durability and customer service.

Shocking Customer Service

Ordered 4 pairs of trainers. 3 get delivered to home address as requested but 1 gets delivered to some random location and Skechers don't tell me its there Tracking says its on its way back to Skechers but its not. Skechers won't refund and I have no item. Its their fault for losing the item but I'm £100 down. They DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Shoes not delivered

Ordered Shoes which where due to be delivered by UPS. They delivered me smebody elses parcel, a pair of curtains. Have not been able to get hold of sketchers. Waiting for an email after 6 days. UPS are disgusting and crooks, they said i had signed which i clearly did not, and have proof on the ring door bell. Won't be ordering again.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - Their customer service is shambolic. They claim you can cancel your order within an hour….YOU CAN’T…..I tried …it said to do it through the order confirmation email (the function DID NOT work, it just sent me on a loop). The company do not specify how long delivery will take until the order is placed. They don’t have a customer service number on their website….again it’s because THEY DON’T WANT TO TALK TO YOU. If you would like the number. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER is 08003688262. I was on hold for 45 minutes the first time - in the end I gave up waiting. I sent an email to the customer service team, the automatic reply was they would contact me within 5 BUSINESS DAYS, the email also said if you did not receive a reply, email again after that time! I have received a shipping message today advising the shipping company are waiting for the item, and the label had not yet been printed (THEREFORE IT CLEARLY HAS NOT BEEN DISPATCHED YET). I rang the SKECHERS customer service team again today, the phone was answered within a couple of minutes this time. KAYLEIGH advised me they can not cancel the order.

No more Skechers for me!

I own numerous pairs of skechers. I have noticed that durability and quality seems to have gone downhill over the years, however, my latest pair top it all off. I bought a pair of slider type slippers 6 months ago with arch support etc which cost me £55. Very comfortable initially, but after a few months the lining had started to rip and within 5 months all padding in the heel area had gone, making it seem like you were walking barefoot on concrete. I contacted customer support and at their request, sent them photos. They came back with 'normal wear and tear' and declined to give me any sort of refund. If I spend £55 on a pair of shoes I expect them to last for more than 5/6 months. I wont be buying any more Skechers.

Melanie approached me within the first 5 mins of my experience and asked if I needed some help which I did and with her support and patience I was able to make a purchase. From the start of my experience to the very end I give Melanie 5 ***** starts 🤩

Amazing Service

What a wonderful very helpful experience we had in your Colchester Store. Sally served us, and nothing was too much trouble, we had a good choice of shoes and help from Sally what might be the best for comfort, given my daughters heel problem. Thank you.

Sent an item back

Sent an item back , tried ringing and emailing them to update my delivery back to them so the refund can be processed but unable to get through to customer services and not getting a reply via email dispite them saying they will reply within 4 days . I certainly wont be using this company again

We were looked after by Sheetal at Wembley outlet who was very helpful, polite and cooperative
Her service and guidelines was very helpful as my wife has got plant fasciitis problem.
We purchased 2 pairs of trainers and a slip on sandals for my wife.

Why use UPS??

Why use UPS for delivery of your products? They are pathetic at best, have little or no interest in their customers let alone the hopeful recipients of your goods.
Delivery days are not met. As for delivery slots they are 24hrs.
My experience led to waiting in all day only to receive an email informing me the goods previously marked as out for delivery were not even in the country so another 4 days added to delivery time. Next delivery changed to a day when no one home so missed the only day they could deliver..Do not use Skechers online!!!!

No customer service, Never Again!

Awful customer service - well, actually no customer service. No phone option, chat doesn't work, which only leaves email, which they completely ignore. They unfortnately use UPS as the only option for delivery, who never give a time, literally just "before the end of the day" - whatever that means! Very difficult to return items (also by UPS) - they now appear to have lost the shoes I returned - no receipt, no contact, no confirmation, no refund, so I'm seriously out of pocket.
From the reviews, it sounds like people have a better experience using the shops, but after this I doubt that I'll even do that - and certainly will never purchase onine with them again - an awful experience. UPDATE: after a long delay and several emails, I did eventually manage to obtain a refund. I won't be using them again though.

I have been suffering with plantar Fasciitis…until i went to Skechers Shrewsbury

I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis and for a few months now and have been in dreadful pain until I visited the Shrewsbury store shopping centre where a very knowledgeable young lady called Emma served me and OMG what a relief she found and explained about theses trainers I bought alongside a pair of slip on shoes to wear in doors all for anyone that suffers with what I have! she was lovey very polite and understanding so just want to say a BIG THANK YOU EMMA and team I will defo be coming again

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO CONTACT POINT

Really not worth ordering something from this company. Ordered a pair of trainers which were too big so decided to send them back. No choice but UPS courier and unable to arrange collection from home. No chat facility or phone number on Skechers website so sent them an email via their website explaining I am disabled and unable to get to my nearest UPS point and need them to arrange a collection from home for me. Absolutely no response whatsoever. Now faced with the prospect of trying to find somebody that can take their shoes to the access point for me, which is inconvenient and belittling for me to have to ask or keep the shoes which were very expensive and which are no use to me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Would never order from them again.
