Truly disappointed
Truly disappointed. Have made a booking and 1 day before babysitter cancelled then my booking has been offered to other babysitters which one of them "Cheryl b" accepted on the day and 1 hour before the start time cancelled again this babysitter. If she wouldn’t want to look after my children's she shouldn't have put herself forward for the booking. It is an absolute circus and you have no response from the management. It seems anyone can do whatever with clients. Dua to this circus I have to cancelled all my plans. I should of made a booking with another provider. Avoid if you don't want to deal with last minute cancellation from the babysitter

A "must" for parents!
I have found Sitters to be a very useful site / company.
The process to book etc. is very simple and there is good communication regarding if the appointment is filled, or what can be done to improve that.
We've also never had a "bad" sitter - all have been great with the kids and as they are all pre-vetted that takes considerable stress away from us as parents.

Easy and reliable
The sitters who come in are usually very good. I have booked in vey last minutes and still never had any issues. Same goes for cancellation policy as well.

Has been great. Was really unsure about using babysitters I didn't know. Had a phone call from Sitters to reassure me. Like that they're all checked and I can see reviews from other parents. Would recommend to others.
