We bought four esims for our trip to Japan. Unfortunately two of our mobile phones were not compatible. The service in Japan was excellent. We downloaded the esims at home before leaving and when we arrived in Osaka we had internet connection right away. For the two esims that we did not used I was refunded the money, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend and I would absolutely use Simify when going overseas again.

Easy to download the app and purchase and install each eSIM. Activation was Ok but setting the Default Voice Line to the primary SIM could have been explained more clearly. It appears to be working well.

Instructions easy to use just left one thing off once I arrived in Thailand when I had time fixed it and The eSIM connected .the coverage is great. Once again a happy customer 3 rd time and 3rd different country Simify are great

The installation of my eSIM was very easy, however, although I double-checked that I had the settings, as per the instructions, correct, my carrier (Optus) still connected me to global roaming when I landed overseas. Why, I don’t know!
For peace of mind, and to reduce the possibility of additional roaming fees, I have ended up removing my SIM card which now means I am unable to receive calls, or codes by SMS, something that I was hoping to have access to.
On the other hand, I set up my husband’s eSIM with exactly the same settings, and he has had no issues with his carrier (Telstra).
Other than that, the eSIMs are working as advertised - let’s just hope I don’t need any verification codes while travelling!

Easy to install and gets great coverage

My husband and I used Simify for our trip to STH Korea and Japan and once we landed we had accidentally used 2 sims on the one phone instead of 1 sim for each of us. We used the apps chat bot which then connected us to Charmaine who was wonderful in helping us sort this issue and re-sent a new e-sim so we could use it on the second phone. It was an easy process and done very quickly! We have used Simify twice and each time it’s been the best choice!

I cannot explain how wonderful it is to receive what is promised from a business. Even better when contacting customer support and I receive prompt replies and assistance. The bonus was that Simify followed up with emails to confirm all is good. This is my third time using them in 3 different countries and never an issue. I look forward to the next holiday and having the pleasure of using a Simify's product. Thank you...

Esim wasn't compatible with my locked Testra plan. My fault!

Simify returned my money despite this being my fault.

Very helpful support after trying to resolve a few issues, mainly due to poor internet on my end. It was really good to know that no end of support is available.

While this service was wonderful for internet connectivity & speed while travelling in Japan I feel like the promos are intentionally disingenuous. They say keep your own number, this means one thing to the typical person, I will be able to make & receive phone calls & SMS messages.

This is not true, there is no phone or SMS service included. Its a real stretch to draw a line from this to WhatsApp because WhatsApp is an internet service.

You can not send SMS messages
You can not receive SMS messages

This marketing spin is intentionally disingenuous and it stinks.

I’ve previously had an e-sim via simify and this second time around i couldn’t get it to work, but the team was super helpful and got me up and running as soon as they could, many many thanks to Kyle for assisting me all the way through. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I always use Simify when I travel, they are the simplest eSIM to use and their customer service is always incredibly helpful.

I found it easy to choose, select and purchase an eSim plan. Although familiar with eSims, I found the instructions to load clear and accurate. When I arrived in UK/EU, I used the free hotel WiFi to access the app before activating. Android activation instructions were also clear and precise; and I had no issues. 7 days into my trip; service in UK, NL, CZ, SK and AT has been a good mix of mostly 5G but occasionally 4G. I have restarted my phone occasionally when the service appeared to drop out but I knew that it was still available.

Great easy to install

Travelled around Europe for more than five weeks using a Simify eSIM and it worked brilliantly from the moment we landed until we left. Both my partner and I used it and it served us really well throughout the trip. Also used it in the Middle East knowing it would likely work although I did encounter some VPN-related issues on my phone. However, their technical support was outstanding, they responded very quickly and were able to resolve the issue promptly. Thanks to Chlark for the great support in getting my eSIM up and running. Highly recommend Simify and will definitely use their service again in the future. I would also recommend it to my friends and family.
