My eSIM did not work in the UK. Communication with customer service was poor. They took forever to respond and did not resolve the issue. Apparently, they responded by email, but that never happened. This completely disrupted my trip and was a waste of time and money.

Good service and easy installation
Before purchasing received very helpful advice on Global eSIM and installation/activation process. Easy purchase and install. Activated as soon as changed settings advised on first stop. Good coverage Di fat do hope this level continues for rest of our trip

Cancelled Flight & Holiday
We had our flights to UK cancelled due to the issues in the Middle East, so I emailed Simify to request a refund for my esim. Kyle was onto it immediately and the refund was processed overnight, I will definitely use Simify again when we finally get to the UK & Europe, later in the year. Had great esim mobile service on our recent trip to Japan as well.

Great “after purchase” tech support
Have bought a few sims & esims from Simify for my travels over the years, easy & good value. Had an issue with my latest eSIM not working (my error, not very tech savvy) so I requested assistance thru the app. Quick response & easy to follow instructions remedied the problem, eSIM working now. Thanks Simify for a great product & support service.

Great Support
The instructions are very clear, however, it was more challenging than I expected to get both eSIMS functioning once we landed in France. Thankfully, we had a good wifi connection and the support provided via the chat line worked perfectly. After an hour both iPhones are up and running, with all the correct settings selected.

Simify is my go to eSIM for unlimited data travelling overseas
Simify is my go to eSIM for unlimited data use on our international holidays. This trip to the USA no exception. Easy to install as always and ready to go on landing at our destination. Speed is excellent as is peace of mind and the ability to continue to use our mobile number for messenger and WhatsApp essential. Our family group also used on this trip and found it excellent for same reasons. Highly recommend Simify eSIM.
