I ordered the Stroller last minute for my Grandchild. I wanted something easy to use, comfortable for him, and easy for me to manoeuvre. It ticked all of those boxes for me. Instruction booklet was easy to understand and I was able to assemble the pieces myself. I used it for the first time on a day trip, and we both found the Stroller easy to use! Lies flat when he fell asleep, it has a nice sun canopy to protect him, and I liked the rain cover provided too. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I can leave the Stroller in my car boot for when it's needed. Might not be as light as other Strollers, but that's exactly why I chose it. I wanted a comfortable buggy, that was light enough to manoeuvre and easily adapts to various terrains. It matches my car seat too!

It was a straightforward and easy shopping for me as everything about various types of high chairs were covered in details and I had no difficulty finding the right high chair for my son.

Great product (Cove 2) but inaccurate delivery timing, website suggested end August but arrived much earlier!

We are really excited about the Cove 2 and believe it will be a fantastic travel system for our baby. We can't wait to start using it.

However, I was a little surprised to learn that there is currently no dedicated travel bag available for the Cove 2, nor any guidance on which travel bag would be suitable for customers travelling with the system.

Given that many families purchase premium travel systems specifically because they travel frequently, it would be helpful if Silver Cross could either offer a compatible travel bag or provide recommendations for suitable alternatives. At the moment, it leaves customers unsure how best to protect their investment when travelling internationally.

I hope this is something that can be considered as part of the Cove 2 product offering in the future.

Such an easy experience! I ordered 2 strollers one from here and another from Joie, I didn't end up keeping either as I am still looking for 'the one' however I can't compare the shopping experience. Silver cross has an exceptional website, delivery and return process. I would recommend them as a seller to any new mums!

I purchased my first silver cross pop 10 years ago for my first child & knew that I wanted the same again this time around. The pop is so practical for every day use and holiday use and is strong & sturdy. My only small issue was the colour selection I loved my previous grey/pink one and would have loved to have a better colour selection but that’s a minor issue. Fast delivery too & I got an offer of a free storage bag for the pushchair which will be handy for travelling abroad.
