Car seat replacement
We bought a silver cross car seat 5 years ago and recently realised the inner polystyrene had a crack in it. Contacted silver cross who organised to collect it from our house, assessed it and deemed it irreparable so organised a brand new updated car seat to be delivered to our house as a replacement. All communicated really easily via their messaging service. Excellent service and gives you peace of mind that you have a safe car seat for life with them!

Nothing is covered under warranty, extremely expensive brand for nothing. Such a shame, was proud to order a British brand make which I thought was of great quality and standards. Had proven the opposite and within 6 months of very little use, saw deterioration.
I bought the whole range for my child, would advise against.
I really thought they would cover discolouration of their products but they blame everything under wear and tarp should have just bought any cheap brand of went for Joie instead.

Damaged delivery, non existent customer service!
Silver Cross after-sales has been very poor.
Bought Bromley Oak nursery set(order: SXC251738) for £720 and it arrived with cracked panels. I was told replacement panels would be sent within 2 working days. It’s now been 12 days, nothing has arrived, and my follow-up messages asking for an ETA have been ignored.
You pay a premium expecting decent customer service, but they can’t even respond with a basic update. Unacceptable.
Update: Changed review from 1 to 3 since they arranged the delivery promptly after this review.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I was very excited to receive a stroller from this company but it never shipped. I ordered adapters for the stroller that were received, but the stroller itself never shipped. Silver Cross has withheld a refund for the stroller and is demanding I return the adapters until they can issue a refund for the stroller (even though the adapters were a completely separate paid item). I highly recommend NOT buying from this company as the customer service is awful and they are illegally holding money for something that was never shipped.

Excellent Customer Service Despite Product Issues
Although I’m not fully happy with the pram I ordered, I have to say the customer service from Silver Cross has been excellent. The advisors were incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to my questions.
The way my concerns were handled and resolved really stood out to me and I felt supported throughout. Even when a product isn’t quite right, great customer service makes a huge difference and Silver Cross delivered on that front.

My stroller needed a small repair, I contacted them online to see if it could be fixed. After sending them photos, they sent out a box for me to package my stroller in and arranged someone to collect it.
They repaired my stroller and returned it within 4 working days, all completely free of charge and no hassle at all.

Silver Cross Motion All Size Car Seat
I have updated this review and rating. I had an initial negative experience with customer services in regards to a faulty car seat. Following my expression of dissatisfaction, a representative of Silvercross phoned me out of the blue to apologise and to rectify the situation. They were incredibly helpful and send me a brand new product which arrived within 24 hours. So, what started as a negative experience has been turned around and I've been very impressed by them.

The best customer service I have experienced. As wonderful as the quality of these products are sometimes issue do arise as that’s life, but how a company treats you when this happens says a lot about them. I have ordered mainly all Silver Cross items for my Son and the quality has always been wonderful and I have nothing but praise. However have just had an issue with my Sons Silver Cross Duel Mattress. I phoned customer services on Monday evening and quickly got through, they asked me to send some images over of the issue and I woke up the next morning to a notification saying a new mattress will be being sent to me, and once it arrives please contact them again as they will be happy to collect the old mattress. Really easy and straightforward and I have been very pleasantly surprised by this company and how they treat their customers. Cannot recommend enough and thank you for making what could have been a very stressful situation completely smooth sailing. Also would like to thank and credit the wonderful customer service team who have helped me with this, and provided outstanding customer service. Thank you!

A zip on our Silver Cross carrycot broke but when we got in touch with customer services they were extremely friendly and helpful and sent out a replacement carrycot straight away. The carrycot had already been used for two children but it was still covered by their guarantee. Excellent customer service!

Silver Cross stepped up and made everything so easy! I originally bought my 'Silver Cross Reef 2' from a retailer and received very poor customer service; they simply wouldn't respond to my emails or calls regarding a faulty chassis.
When I contacted Silver Cross directly, the difference was night and day. Not only did they send me a replacement chassis with incredible speed, but they also coordinated the collection of the faulty item using the new packaging. I have since purchased a high chair and car seat directly from their website because I know that if anything goes wrong, they truly look after their customers.

I purchased the Cove system through Very, the delivery was late, but eventually delivered in December.
There was an issue with Very and they hadn’t sent the promotion pack that was stated on the Very website.
We got in touch with silver cross as was not getting anywhere with very. Wow, what a difference! Excellent customer service from Sally McGlashan, who sorted us the pack and also sent a voucher as a gesture goof goodwill, that’s how customer service should be done! Thank you.

We had excellent service that was so quick with a repair to our pram. We received a flat-packed box within two working days and our pram was collected the next day, repaired (with a whole new part added instead) and returned within 3 working days! Everyone that we have spoken to via the chat has been friendly and we are impressed with the customer service. Thank you!

We have the Reef 2 pram bundle and had an issue with the release button on the car seat.
Raised a request on the Silver Cross portal, provided video and photo evidence. Within 2 working days I had a response and the following day a new car seat was delivered.

High chair assembly
I recently purchased a high chair and had a minor issue with the assembly of the product, I reached out the customer service team and there response was first class, they sent me a video to show me were I was going wrong, I couldn’t fault silver cross at all, I would highly recommend them to anyone, fantastic , caring people who go that extra mile.

We have not opened everything yet because the baby is not due till January but I must say I am really impressed with the furniture, great quality and the delivery of items and customer service which has been excellent.

Their customer service is sublime, absolutely exceptional. Their car seats are also very good with great quality and so easy to use. Had a minor issue with the pull cord loop on my Allmotion 2 360 parting at the seem and silvercross replaced it within 2 working days and collected the old seat all FoC. They are absolutely brilliant and can highly recommend
I am so disappointed with my Dune 2…
I am so disappointed with my Dune 2 pram and I would not have bought it at all if I had known how poor the design was.
I spent such a lot of money on the bundle which I bought through John Lewis and I hate using this pram with my 7 month old. The main design fault is the harness, which is unfit for purpose. I find it hard to believe someone designed this magnetic hardness expecting a child to sit still for it to be secured together. With winter clothing as well, she is 7 months old and average in size, but it is almost impossible to do it up. How will I be able to use this pram when she is 3-4 years old?
The wheels do catch very easily and considering it is advertised for city living, I live in a pathed area and I still find it hard to use on normal paths. It is pointless having wheels being sold like this, in my opinion.
The reason for 1 extra star is that my pram was collected and they did replace the wheels and faulty canopy, which I’m pleased they did. They also did send a box for it to be sent off so this was all positive. However, the harness is the main significant issue and it was considered not faulty but the design is ridiculous.
I find it difficult to accept that I am meant to ‘just live’ with this pram because the hardness is designed like this and I don’t want to use it. Especially with it being one of the most expensive purchases for my baby.
I sadly would not recommend a Silver Cross pram to anyone.
