Custom 10x10ft Standard Monitor Table Trade Show Display Booth Kit 27

We ordered the "Custom 10x10ft Standard Monitor Table Trade Show Display Booth Kit 27 (Frame + Graphic)"

The print quality on the fabrics are great and look just like we ordered them. The whole package we ordered took about 45 minutes to assemble after removing all the plastic from everything. l will say it is a disturbing amount of plastic though. Less plastic would be nice.

The frames are not as rigid as I would like but they are aluminum so they're lightweight and easy to maneuver around and they stay up just fine.
I have yet to try to mount a TV/monitor to the monitor stand frame so I cannot comment yet on how well it bears weight.
The podium case/ table is a little difficult to assemble and get the fabric to sit right, but once you get it figured out it looks good.
The tension fabric header is very tight, which makes it look good but it did take two people just to zip the thing onto its frame.

Assembly can MOSTLY be done by one person but you will likely need two people to a) put the fabric on the large backdrop, b) put the fabric on the tension fabric header, and c) attach the header to the backdrop display. You could probably do them yourself if you laid them on the floor but your fabrics will get dirty.

Overall I would recommend this product/ company. Customer support is also responsive and helpful.

Wonderful customer service

Wonderful customer service! They worked with me to find the pieces I needed for booth, and even though the accessories were not part of their website, they were able to provide me the hardware I needed.

An extremely stressful experience.

I want to start by saying that the quality and construction of the product is outstanding. I am really pleased with the color, feel - it is truly great. I am very pleased with this aspect.

The reason for 2 stars was due to the handling of a shipping issue, and the subsequent lack of accountability. My order was shipped with incomplete information, and I never received tracking info. The shipment was hung up in Denver due to the incomplete info, and I did not know due to lack of tracking.

When I reached out for support, I was told I would have an answer "tomorrow" - for a trade show I had to leave for "tomorrow". The rep stated they had reached out to DHL and would get back to me.

I ended up calling DHL, tracking down my package, figuring out the package was flagged for a business address (I am residential), had the package flown to Montana - all before I even heard back from customer service.

I asked for a refund - as this was clearly not the fault of DHL. The response I got back? This is a direct copy paste from their rep "However, as seen on our policy, [link to policy] , "Signwin, Inc. will not be held liable for any delays in the shipping of products. There will be no refund of shipping costs if a third party shipping company is responsible for a shipment not arriving to the destination on the specified date."

Keep in mind - Signwin put bad info on my package, and also never sent me shipping. This is days before a trade show, and this supplier left me high and dry to solve this on my own. I should have had this last week. The lack of accountability is tough here. Buyer beware. I will be taking my business elsewhere for subsequent events.

Hi Pb, we're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with your most recent order. We strive to provide our customers with a great and stress free experience, and we apologize for falling short in this area. In regards to not receiving your tracking number, we have addressed this with our staff and are taking steps to ensure that it doesn't happen again.

We have done a thorough investigation but have found that DHL provided you with incorrect information. 1) Our shipping department has confirmed that although FedEx and UPS do ask us whether the shipping address is a residence or business address, DHL does not. Even if that was the case, it would not quite explain why they would show a different state as your shipping address, when our team provided the full and correct address you gave as your shipping address. 2) Our business hours are M-F 8:30am-5pm PST. Your interaction with our staff happened after our office was closed for the day. Typically, there will be no one available after hours to help. However, although rarely, some of our production department staff will stay later to work on rush orders. One of our production department members is the one who answered your email or chat, as we did not want to ignore your concern. This type of issue would be handled by our customer service/sales department/shipping department, all of which were notified by the member whom you spoke with. Fortunately, you were able to have DHL help resolve this issue before our office opened the next day. Although we would've liked to have immediately done that for you, it would not have been possible as the interaction was done after our office hours. 3) Your email stated that DHL mentioned that they contacted us for days trying to fix this. We do take this claim very seriously and looked into it, but found no emails or missed calls from DHL. 4) If you look through the tracking details, DHL mentions "Shipment arrived at incorrect facility. It will be sent to the correct destination for delivery", meaning they shipped your package to the incorrect facility themselves. Nowhere does it state that they were missing information and tried contacting the shipper or on hold due to missing or incorrect information.

We do have strict return/refund policies and definitely encourage all of our customers to be aware and read through these before placing an order as it is always good to be informed. None of this excuses the lack of tracking number not provided promptly to you after your package shipped. However, that does not qualify for a refund.

We do value you as our customer and would like to provide you with a discount for your next order with us if you do wish to give us another opportunity to serve you. Great quality product

Great quality product! Our first order was a great product but the image was a little off on the layout, so, they were very helpful with the reorder and ensuring a much better layout and image quality!

The backdrop had a lot of creases that won't go. I got a curved backdrop very difficult to make sure there no wrinkles, or velcros and the print was not aligned

Srini, we're sorry to hear that your order did not turn out as you had expected. Our products can become wrinkled if they've been sitting in their packaging for too long, but the wrinkles can be removed by steaming them out. As for the alignment, that was your responsibility as the providing source of the design. We did give you a chance to correct the order the first time we saw it, but with your tight deadline in mind we expected for you to make sure the artwork was perfect to print as we printed exactly as seen on the final design. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly for issues or inquiries for your order.
