No communication

I ordered & paid, but noone will answer the phone or emails, and I need to talk to someone about the design. My event is coming up soon & I have no idea what is going on with my order yet other than it says “processing” online.

In regards to the graphic design portion of your feedback, kindly keep in mind for future reference that we strongly recommend all of our clients to submit ready to print artwork or hire an external graphic designer for prompt and best results.

The process was very easy!

I had a great experience with this company, and the display turned out amazing! It was finalized on a Monday and all of it came in by Friday.

Amazing Service

Hi

Alex in customer service went above and beyond for us. This is the first time doing a confernce and producing a booth and Alex ensured all the art work was correct. She was amazing.

Terrible communication... Terrible company

Terrible communication, and the their idea a design that we had to pay extra for was just putting our logo the backdrop and nothing else. I would highly recommend finding anyone else to help you with this type of service.

In regards to the graphic design portion of your feedback, it is a common misconception that our designers will create designs from scratch. We pride ourselves in processing orders in a prompt and efficient manner in order to ship out orders quickly. For this reason our designers hugely rely on our client's ideas, elements, and detailed design request in order to finalize a graphic design order. The initial design presented to you was quite simple as your request was "something clean and elegant looking". This request led to a simpler design being made for you. Furthermore, our graphic design team does not stop working on the design until you are completely satisfied. Currently our team is still waiting for you to respond with detailed feedback on how you would like us to make changes to the current design. Kindly keep in mind for future reference that we strongly recommend all of our clients to submit ready to print artwork or hire an external graphic designer for prompt and best results.

Delivery at the warehouse took long…

Delivery at the warehouse took long time since they didn't want to search for the name or company name in the order by refusing to check in your system, also were rude with my daughter doing the pickup and ordered her to leave the premises which is not at all correct. We had to call the office to get the PO #
Awful customer service at the warehouse!!

Unfortunately, due to the many pickup orders that we have daily, we are unable to locate orders without an order ID number. At this time our pick up process and system works based on order ID numbers primarily. In regards to your other comment, your daughter was crossing our factory although we have an employee only sign on our wall. For her safety, we asked her leave the production area politely. Although we were only following our policy, this does not excuse the way that you or your daughter have been made to feel by this situation. We will definitely discuss this further with our team so that we can work on handling such matters in a more efficient and friendly way. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your understanding.

Great product and service every time

Every time I've ordered displays or signs from Signwin, it's been an excellent experience. They do top quality work and deliver on or earlier than the delivery date requested. I recently had something I tried to order and they stated they couldn't make the date I requested as they had received an excess of orders and didn't want to risk not delivering the product on time. I appreciated that they were up front about that rather than taking the order an not delivering in the time I requested. I would (and have) highly recommended them to others.

Love the Booth!

Signwin was quick to let me know about how my graphic uploads appeared and how to fix the issues. They were helpful to get my booth kit to me within the time frame I needed! They were very responsive to my questions! The kit was so easy to put together and lightweight and came with everything possibly needed!

Outstanding assistance. Since the first day, Signwin has done an excellent job for me, and I could not be more pleased. The receptionist was always receptive to my questions when I called. As promised, the delivery arrived on schedule, which will put the cherry on top of the cake.

Great Customer Service and Speedy Delivery

Broken Parts

We have a new booth that was sent with broken parts. The replacement part was also broken. Signwin customer service is now asking us to repair our booth with wire instead of sending a part that isn't broken. It's like getting a new car with a broken door handle and being asked to hold it together with wire because they can't send a working one.

When there are so many options for booth design and kits, stay clear of this company.
